Sword Art Online Movie "Ordinal Scale" (YK on music)

I hear no male vocals... but I also don't care for that BGM and consider myself rather deaf so...
 
Hm what are the odds kajiura will perform some songs from this new soundtrack in Hollywood? Thoughts, everyone?
 
Maybe just one, they wont spoil the movie OST before it even screens. Back in japan they didnt even perform when the YK live was 1-3 days before the movie screening in some cases.
 
That would certainly be a nice surprise. I'd love for this movie to have some more vocal tracks, but considering Kajiura's track record with SAO, I know it's very unlikely.
 
There's some Ordinal Scale TV special on nyaa if anyone cares. I've no idea what it is.

from the samples the ost doesnt seem out of the ordinary, but i do hear one track with vocal that's either Wakana or Remi

I cut the video to only the samples here's to listen :ayashii:

that character song at the end sounds to be by kajiura, coming from the strings at the end of the sample.

It sounds kind of like fripSide, which would be amazing if they worked with her. But I doubt it. The music cuts are too short! Ugh. I want this soundtrack now.
 
Really hyped about this. Can't wait to watch the movie and hear the complete soundtrack!!
 
Both insert songs sound like Kajiura, specially the strings. The singer's voice isn't bad, so I'm kinda looking forward to it.
As for the soundtrack, the choir track sounds like it could be good, and the shooting it out esque song mite b cool.

As much as I dislike the series, the art is pretty gorgeous.

OST tracklists don't appear often on official sites. And it's not THAT fast. I mean - it's less than a month away.

i laughed when i read the bolded titles. father and daughter - there was mother and daughter on MadoMagi Movie OST and now it's the father's turn. she has a luminous sword just sound so stupid to my ears, I have to regain her memory, another field to overcome, and he has something to hide somehow remind me of she has to overcome her fear in the naming sense. the titles are just so literal you can just imagine the scene when the music is used.
