I never really paid attention to it, but I said in the other thread that I hate it when the instruments aren't toned down to support the main vocals and are instead left trying to drown out the vocal melody in a metaphorical shouting match, so maybe that's why I prefer Kalafina's songs in general.
Then again, I also reaffirm that I'm musically retarded, so I'll defer to your opinion here.
Also, I don't really think of it in turns. I guess it depends on how the song will sound and which singer would be better in that particular arrangement, and if it ends up Magia-sounding, then I'm hoping it'll be Hikaru rather than Wakana.
