Not always, though. Sometimes I make much simpler stuff to eat too (so much so they're not even photogenic enough to be photographed and posted up). :plot:

No, it isn't. I just happen to like good food.

what kind of foods do you like?

All sorts! Well...maybe Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Mexican, fusion... :nosebleed:

So long as it tastes good! :goodjob:

Kinda failed at making yakisoba earlier today for lunch.

Shouldn't have changed the supplier for the noodles. :XD:

sorry i meant chef not chief (too much soldier stuff on my head) :XD:

that's yakisoba up there? kind a looks different

anyway, i had this for lunch today. a very Filipino dish: SISIG

Razons%20and%20bread%20of%20life%20021.jpg

^oh ur Russian right?
Preparing sisig comes in three phases: boiling, broiling and finally frying. A pig's head is first boiled to remove hairs and to tenderize it. Portions of it are then chopped and grilled or broiled. Finally, it is fried with onions and served on a sizzling plate. Variations of sisig may add any of the following: eggs, ox brains, chicharon (pork cracklings), pork or chicken liver, and even mayonnaise. Recently, local chefs have experimented with ingredients other than pork such as chicken, squid, tuna and even tofu.Instead of Pig's head, you can also use different parts of a pig,it all depends to you.
It tastes delicious really, it's placed in a sizzling plate,so it's really really hot.

people often pair it with egg and fried rice or Java rice.

Maybe... :XD:

I did a more...erm....Korean take on that (without using the head, of course!) some time ago. I'm sure anyone who has walked into a Korean restaurant would have heard of Bulgogi?

I obviously don't have a hot plate. So...this is the best I was able to manage in my modest little kitchen.... :shy:

THAT LOOKS GOODDD

i would eat it (without the eggs, but that's personal preference) :dote:

CAN SPECIAL-K ADOPT ME PLEASE AND LET HIM BE MY DAD :plz:
and then he'd cook for his daughter :ohoho:

i think i'm gonna try that dish, you see i'm not that fond in oriental foods, (Korean,Japanese,Malaysian,Indonesian,Singaporean,Chinese, etc.) i just wont eat those stuffs. i like the presentation, it's always nice

my favorite are pastas and Spanish cuisines :psst:

^ermm yeah sort of, but once you're used to it, it's fine already.
