Vocal track in the beginning. Really beautiful. Sounds like Hanae or maybe Remi.
 
i think it's Remi (+cello+harp). it's very soothing :)

there's also a slight, nice variation of 孤高の人. starts at 11:07.
 
^I thought it was just the same song just playing the dulcimer part over again. Also really liked that vocal. I thought it was going to be a non-vocal soundtrack, guess she decided otherwise. heh
 
I hope that song plus the one from episode 95 make it onto the next soundtrack.

Me too, although I was (and still am) expecting a full-fledged song by the end of the series. Preferably not by Kalafina, hue.
 
^Yeah, I don't think they would really fit it. Maybe FJ would, since storytelling has a happier feel to it, not that the show is all the time happy. But the theme seems to be, and I want a different theme. Not because I don't like it, I want something composed by Yuki. There already have been songs in the actual episodes that aren't Yuki, sooooo time for a new theme! Or a song that plays during previews. But I know we only have 54 more episodes I think. Still, that's enough.
 
personally i don't want either a FJ or Kalafina theme. somehow it wouldn't fit the whole setting.

a light (sad or happy or melancholic) chorus from Hanae, Remi, Yuri or even Tokyo Konsei would be more than welcome imo.
 
^Yeah, I was just saying since Kala did the themes for RHH, a Yume no Daichi type song/melody would fit I guess. But I do agree with you that one of those singers would be better, or maybe jut instrumental.

If Kajiura has written a song for the show I feel like it will play during the last episode for a dramatic effect. I also feel like it's time to change the theme song. It worked when Hana was younger but she's married and has children now. A new song would reflect the changes she's gone through.

Also, sora, you mean for a vocal song right? Since she is doing the music. I just meant the theme song, not an insert song for Kalafina or FictionJunction. Though, since it is Sony it would probably be Kala who would do the song. Unless she could get a new person. (Maybe Aika Yoshioka? Please?)

She's probably afraid of what he might do to her, or them. I'm not sure exactly what he is, but he seems like an important person.

i thought of Margaret Dorn just now for some reason. i very much doubt OP will change at all. there won't also be an insert song i think. something may be done for the ending...
 
^Yeah, that's what I was thinking for when they do previews, or just towards the end of the episode, since there's no real ending right now.

Kowz: Yeah, he might be a politician or something, since his house is really big and they talk about okane, which is money, a lot. I hope she can get away from him now that she's having a child.
