Sorry for the double post, but I was seriously worried about putting my voice onto the internet. This is the first time it's happened. I warmed myself up a long time and took many takes and I thought it sounded alright but then I put it on here and my anxiety started acting up. I was really worried that people think I can't sing even though I tried so hard to do it the best I could.

I'm sure some of the people who listened have gone 'yuck, she sounds horrible' but the fact that they haven't gone up to me and said it is really enough for me.
 
I just listened to it and you sound fine :D i think Keiko didnt sing better in her street performing days (with Aya i think?)

also unless people are evil they wont go and say bad things about your voice no matter what they think.

(for some reason i thought you were guy until now :XD:)

I've actually been avoiding this thread for a few days because of my anxiety too, I also thought people would think I sounded bad. No matter what I guess we just have to do it. We should take every chance to sing as a learning experience I guess. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Time to record Magia and then Kaze no Machi E :cheer:

Now that you say that, I feel a lot better. I've decided that I want to sing for the rest of my life, to make a career out of it, I decided that a while ago, and putting out my voice is the first step I can take to rid my anxiety of performing in front of a crowd.

I may try my hand at singing it, but there's no guarantee I'll be able to submit it. There's not much time left to practice, and I have no experience with singing. Plus, I have no knowledge of Italian prononciation, so that'll take a while as well. I did sing through the song using the instrumental you provided, and I do think I'll be able to sing it, though the "canta addagio" and "canta addio" parts are the hardest notes in the song for me. I won't be able to do the harmonies, either.
 
So I ran into some problems, and I might not be able to do a voice-piano cover of Kaze no machi he.

If I can't do it, can I sing Ballad and just use the instrumental from the single?
