sapphire is... ugh. I still don't know. I will do a test record tomorrow I think. I can play it okay with the song, but then without it sounds crappy. I just have to put more emotion into it, since it is an emotional song. I have just never been with the violin for some reason. So we'll see what happens tomorrow, otherwise I might just put my message. I don't have a fanart this time. Everyone's is so good! I wish I had more ability as well.

EDIT: I am going to record today, to test it. My neck was pretty sore yesterday. I hope I can play it well enough.

So guys who is willing to compile the booklet material / mix the songs that have different vocal parts ? ( can be different person)

I remember someone offering to mix but a bit lazy to look up who it is now.
@aki had done a splendid job last year so it would be great if she can do the much smaller booklet this year too.

btw i have received Songs from Hime Wakana, philadelphin and Westkana and booklet material from HimeWakana, junchanx3 and Liana only

the rest of the list better hurry ( i will prepare my share of booklet the following days)

@HimeWakana I plan on recording sometime this week and I do have another question: Is it better to just record me singing my part or record the whole length of the song and just sing where Keiko's parts are?

Not sure if it makes a difference for whomever is mixing.

@Spirica Rose okkeee dear :) Try to record the whole length of the song and just sing where Keiko's parts are :) I think that for the mixing is simplier overlapping the separate recordings :)

Thanks to long holidays in Thailand.... I finished recording in my vacant office... (What a bad professor... Hope that no students were around during these past few days...:P.) I'm not surprised that even Ring your song is far shorter, the times I rehearsed&recorded this song is about triple of the times I spent on Akatsuki no Kuruma . (Well...I've rehearsed&recorded the latter song so many times before this project..)

I put so many chorus lines that are not in the original songs. I just mixed the melodies from live performance and "once upon a time, there was you and me" for the chorus of Ring your song, and the chorus in Akatsuki no Kuruma just follows the original karaoke track, except the additional one during the last hook.

that was 3 years ago; last year it was @D-chan2510 who compiled it. For me to do this year's, I'd have to do the whole thing on the 30th.

@nodame89 Most Hikaru and Keiko harmonies are actually the same note. Silly me thought they were different. I must've been stressed. I'll record tomorrow.

@HimeWakana Here's Keiko's Hikari Furu part
there's a free form version where i just sang from memory and a version where I sang with the recording. I couldn't choose between the two so I just put them both in a zip file...so... splice them if you want or something. Also Keiko's parts sound really strange at a full volume. When mixed I'm sure it'll sound better.
