^ Dont worry, from next arc onwards that situation changes back to what you like, so if what I heard is true (that the BD/DVD sales are going well, so they will definitely make a 2nd season) you will have chance to see it too, along with even more Yuki music, in about 6 months if they announce it.

btw It looks like the 1st volume dvds didnt gone that well but the second bd/dvd goes pretty well:

The first volume sold ~40k dvd/bd units combined so that's VERY good results. Shame I'm not excited - the show is terrible and soundtrack is boring from what I watched.
 
^ Maybe its because they cut things from the story (and the battles), since I have read the novel and many times I slept around 3-4 in the morning because I couldn't stop reading, its really addicting, but it doesnt happen the same with the anime. I thought that it might be because I know what happens, but seeing from how much its discussed by people (only 5-6 people) I guess not many are interested. :XD:

In fact I was expecting a bit more celtic tunes from Yuki for the second half, and I am sad there weren't any vocal tracks in the ALO story (ep 15-25). There was a bit of recycle too, but apart from these I am pleased by her work so far (even though the music direction is really weird)

^I just watched the episode too. Wow! That new vocal is amazing! I probably love this one more than the main theme, even if it is repetative, I agree with you that it's awesome. I think that viola song was new too. I don't remember it at least. Yeah, the "final battle" was cool. Although did it seem rushed to anyone? I will be watching it over again tomorrow though. Ahhh can't wait for these soundtracks. (Although that one will probably be on ost 3, right? *sigh*) Also, I heard there is supposed to be a 3rd game, so maybe a 3rd season? Let's hope! :dote:
 
In fact, I did remember that Kayaba talked about his dream to fly to a castle in the sky. When I knew that all char. in Alfheim can fly, it can't help that I thought that this game may have something related to Kayaba, but I haven't seen someone talking about it so far...it may be just a coincidence...:confu:
 
@ Liana: Yes its name is GGO (Gun Gale Online) takes up vols 5-6, and its soundtrack should sound kind of Noir-Madlax-El Cazador because it has a girl and a not-so-girl with guns, and its generally a guns game.

They didnt mentioned it I think, but what happened to Kayaba is that after he was beaten in his game by Kirito he used a modified Nerve Gear and fried his brain with microwaves in order to digitalise his soul, which is now inside the SAO servers, which ALO also uses to function, so that's why he was in. Also all the other games from now on are created from that "The Seed" thing Kayaba gave to Kirito, its something like a format to make more VVR games

Though the final battle is even more disappointing than the Heathcliff batttle.

I watched the episode 24 today....nd really like it......
And wow after so much wait de 5th vocal track in whole ost........
Really like dat track quite similar to this day,and never again & promised pain....

Final episode tomorrow. Nooo! *sigh* I want the 3rd season to start right away, but I doubt Yuki has composed much music for it, since she's been busy with other stuff it seems. Hopefully soon and I hope there are more vocals this time.
