^ Turns out there are vocals actually. And it's the "weapon-stealing homura" track I wanted. Was not expecting that at all.

The witch hunt track? Awesome. But the CDJapan page doesn't seem to feature any samples, where did you guys hear it?

2 pages back on this thread.

Those were tracks 1-12, with silence instead of Pugna cum Maga. All subsequent sourses apparently based the leaks on that.
a separate tracks edition among them :innocent:

Whats happen with track 13? It's not in DVD or just a mistake in the leak?

And so Pugna cum Maga becomes the dark horse of the day. :ohoho: I wonder if the ripper decided that if SME could be such trolls with issuing releases, so could he, once in a while. :XD:
Gotta admit it, it's the most content-full teaser we've ever had before the release date. :XD:
or maybe the poor fellow had time to rip and upload 12 tracks before Homura appeared to stop him? :knife: :plot: :ohoho:

thanks! it IS the witch hunt track, after all. :XD:

meanwhile, the guys at Puella Wiki did an approximate list of all tracks in ordere of appearance in episodes. :ayashii:
Turns out Kamijou's violin theme is in fact an exerpt from Rachmaninov's works.

Well, it's better than nothing and it's on the best tracks.

Is it Fion or Yuriko :confu:
Sounds as Fion.

too short!! :stupidtable: This piece needs a bridge!
I miss the Bee Train soundtracks and it's long duration; each track was a world *_*

320 is no big deal, can wait. :tea:
Although I'm wondering about the title of Pugna cum Maga (it was only featured in one witch battle... With the witch in question being... :uh..: ), this track sums up the album just fine. Awesome arrangement, and the vocal sounds pretty much Fion. :sohappy: although Yuki seems to sign this type of singing with her real name (while Fion usually sings higher parts like Saints). :ayashii:
But admittedly, I find NOTHING in this album that would justify splitting the OST in half. The total duration is roughly the size of Re:Oblivuous. And we're talking the music that spawned fan covers months before the release. As omeone at AS said, they could probably make Oricon history with a stand-alone CD.
I bow before Yuki for this OST, but you SME have failed miserably in my eyes. :...:

thanks elcazador!

pugna cum maga is awesome, my new favorite on this OST.

My copy won't come until Thurs or Friday, poo. If there is a booklet though I can scan it in if anyone is interested. :dote:

thanks for the links!

I love Gradus prohibitus and Pugna cum maga :dote:

Finally got a decent quality rip off LiveJournal. The tracks I really wanted (the Celtic theme and and that epic orchestral theme from ep 9) aren't there  I can't wait already...

Credens justitiam is lovely though :dote:
