Good Things that Happened to You!!!

Today was a good day. It was my grandad's birthday so we had a short family trip to the local garden centre. None of us knew what to buy for him, so we all got him some potted plants and bulbs for his garden! I stopped by at my sister's house afterwards to see the cat of hers that I looked a while back, and he even seemed to remember me.

Then late in the afternoon I picked up a second-hand electric piano. I don't know how to play yet (I can barely read music! :@_@:) but it's a Yamaha and works fine, so should be perfect to practice on.

Not bad for a rainy Monday. :XD:

^ A good find and a bit easier than a trip to the moon [Wallace and Gromit reference].

It's 20 years since any of my grandparents were alive, make each other's lives richer while you can!

^Yes, it's been awhile since I lost my other grandma, 5 or 6 years I think. I miss her and my grandpa dearly, since I used to go over to their house and loved it.

Anyways, despite the pain I was in today had a pretty good day. Violin was good, then saw some good shows, Gotham, Castle, Glasslip. Tomorrow more shows start and even later in the week too! Yay!

Feeling slightly better today. At the Australia Japan Association gathering tonight, found out that one of the Japanese visitors had gone to high school at "Yamanashi Eiwa High School" which Hanako Muraoka had taught at.

I got an A- on my history midterm and an A on my Holocaust lit essay and so now I have all As!! :touched: :touched: I also rediscovered the feeling of not wanting to stop drawing and ohhh it's so very nice (even though it's making me get behind on homework). But so far it's been a wonderful week :sohappy:

(@Kugayama your sig :goodjob: //whacked)

^Hope you feel better!

I got to see my niece again yesterday and took some great pics. She is just too cute! Also started watching Invader Zim. Love that show and GIR so much.

@magicmagiamahou omg youre so lucky!:goodjob: *confetti*:cheer:

my crush ended up getting close to me to get to know my best friend better and yes, they are both dating each now! WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD~ :knife:

On the bright side, GOOD THINGS DO INDEED HAPPEN! I had a reconciliation session with someone today and now things are al fine :sparkleguy:

^Wow, that's great. (Though I don't usually like sony, I want all the next gen consoles. heh I am a huge Nintendo fan and want a Wii U so badly)

There's a heavenly blue PV! Though not sure I like it and it's for Japan only. Why? They are so popular now overseas. I got my friend Heather, from high school, into them. She looked them up on her own free will after seeing all my posts on Facebeook. heh Love it when I get people into Yuki related stuff.

Got Grace's Guide The Art of Pretending to be a Grownup by Grace Helbig book today! It's so funny so far! She is just too funny and makes me laugh every video she puts out. She is an amazing comedian and seems like someone who could be my friend. Also made awesome cinnamon bun cupcakes yesterday, and going to make curry tonight! I am becoming a cook slowly. heh

The good news is I might be well enough to get the grass cut here over the next few days (needs to be done by 16 November 2014). Still not sure how far I can walk without having to stop.

^Hope you're okay.

Also, got a two calls from the same temp agency about two different jobs. I hope I hear from one of them, preferably the 8 month position that's a data entry one, which I am really good at. The Admin Assistant one is only 3 months, but it'd be more experience then. I really hope I get one of these two so I can actually have money to pay for the believe single, and other stuff. Yay monies!

Made gyoza with friends today. Wakana would be proud.
though in some of them there may or may not have been pieces of Halloween candy...

Getting my desk for my art room tomorrow! It is cool. Also have the first hockey game of the season on Sat and found a red watch to wear to it today. Also my niece will be joining us too! I can't wait, and for Fat Jack's which is a really good rib place we go to before hand.

^ Actually, no... I don't. I can't remember the last time I played any games :XD:My elder sister bought a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact mobile phone and was entitled to a lucky draw entry to win a Sony PS4. I submitted the entry on her behalf, and we won! She doesn't play games as well, but my younger brother does game a lot so he turns out to be the one benefiting from the prize :ohoho:
