PVs for past songs would be possible in case of, say, a video album, but judging by the seeming amount of money and effort they put into separate PVs, I don't see that happening.
Also, I'm not sure if album-tie-in PVs were ever meant to be a trend in the first place. Seventh Heaven likely got a PV for being a KnK final theme rather than the album's eponymous song. And there were already speculations I find likely that Symphonia PV might have been meant for a single whose release slot was then given to Magia.
