Just finished up disc one. Godsibb is not a song I've heard before and that performance sounded bloody amazing. ASoSaF has had better performances but this is still good. MADLAX Mix is real nice, Frenetic is great, Salva Nos is a really nice live, Cazador Del Amor is fantastic (who would've guessed I'd have liked it :dote:) and everything else sounds good too. Maybe it's just because it's a first listen through and that I'm not particularly familiar with a good portion of the songs, but I'm really not hearing much to dislike. May have to throw a copy in with my Budokan Lives.

Update:
Just finished disc two. Lotus, man. Holy crap, that was amazing. E.G.O. and I Swear were both great, Satoyama Main Theme was fantastic too. Credens sounds different, but still awfully dull like it always has as a song. Maybe Tomorrow was pretty, Gin no Hashi was great. The instrumental pieces are good, especially We're Gonna Groove. Moonflower was amazing, too.

Onto disc three. This thing is bloody long.

Update:
And we're done. Point Zero was awesome, and Let the Stars Fall Down is decent too, although I still prefer the Manten variant arrange. Historia OP is the opposite as the original opening sounds a lot better than Storia's variant. The performance here is good. Voices Silently Sing is great and Once Upon... is lovely. Alone and Bloody Rabbit are great although they don't really blend together, and The World is lovely too. Fake Wings sounds awful, though, but at least it's very short. Open Your Heart I actually quite like here, the original didn't really have enough going on I thought and it tended to be quite dull, whilst this has a bunch of added elements that make it more interesting. Possibly a few too many elements, though, it could've been a lot better than it is, but I still think its an improvement on the original. Not something I'd choose to end on, though.

Overall, I think I will buy a copy. Aside from Credens and Fake Wings it was enjoyable and a lot of the material is downright fantastic. Probably worth it alone for Lotus, Godsibb and Moonflower.

Okay, I am going to hold off on any reviews until mine comes and I listen to it completely tomorrow. And write my own review. I have to go to my physical trainer, but I should be able to listen to most of it beforehand, if it comes early this time. (Kalafina came at almost 10:30 last time, I mean RyB, which is what the expected delivery time was, I was getting antsy lol) I can't wait though, I am getting excited for it.

I must say I really enjoy a lot the three discs

Frenetic with Hanae Tomaru was amazing
Salva nos with Yuri Kasahara was fantastic
Luminous and Sword with REMI is much better that the other live version
Once Upon a Time There Was You and me, many times i dreamed hear it live

I think many should have been on a DVD

highlights of this compilation: satoyama main theme performed by queen hanae
rainbow main theme performed by remi
where the lights are performed by wakana (surprisingly)
hepatica performed by eri
and frenetic

i'm not going to mention stone cold because i am extremely biased towards the live performance of that song because kajiura's low voice gives me life

the performance that i really disliked was yasashii yoake. it does not fit yuuka's voice in the slightest and only makes me desire a see-saw reunion even more. canta per me was a disaster. kajiura really should've just let kaida sing it like how its sung on the ost. i prefer that version the most. the mixing for the battle is to the strong was weird. its like they tried to make hanae's voice stand out but then it sounds strained. i dunno. i'm unimpressed.

Very nice reviews up there. I managed to listen to the full album and I was kinda lazy to write some review XDD
Overall, its great!, This makes me wanna watch Xenosaga, Pandora Hearts and Tsubasa once more~

Whoever receives their copy first, I'd be interested to know if they include full lyrics on a sheet or booklet like the first live CD set did.
There's a lyrics booklet. No Kajiurago. It only covers the songs with actual lyrics, including salva nos and canta per me. Any song that is not in Japanese has the official Japanese translation on the side.

The second booklet is a commentary booklet. Kajiura comments on vol.#6-10. Comments are for the entire volume as a whole, not each venue. It is then followed by a complete set list listing for each volume at the various venues. Other than that, there is also a message from Kajiura to the Utahimes, FBMs and a general message to the fans I guess.

Crush! I am finally listening to it! Love Rie's playing. And the extended version! Wow. Will write full review later! :)

Interested for translation of the messages/comments :)

My copy is on it's way...the wait is almost over. :comeback:
I'm finally gonna hear a live version of heigen, I've been waiting so long for that...ever since 2011 to be exact. :TdT:
Also looking forward to all the Xenosaga songs, since I love those games and because it's where my love for YK's music began.
And all the songs I haven't heard live versions of before, and there are so many of them. :ghost:

Will be having myself a 3days special when I get it, I'm gonna take my time enjoying every last second of this. :ohoho:
I'm not even sure if I'm gonna survive this. :nosebleed:

^It is pretty great.

I still have to finish my review. I was writing while I was listening yesterday, then I went out and listened to it in the car, so I couldn't write there. But holy crap Point Zero is awesome. I don't even listen to that song that much but wanted to hear the live, since they played it a lot in the show, then Yuri's awesome voice started. Wow. I am very pleased with the album overall, but there are some things I didn't like as I will mention in my review. It will be long so I apologize. heh

The good news:

Sat 06 Jun 2015 13:17 Processed through Australia Post Facility NETLEY SA

The bad news - the post office isn't open until Monday.

confirmation/update on my thoughts :
-Historia doesn't sound as nice anymore.
-Wakana in where the lights are could have been better. it's not too bad though. I always compare her voice to this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9j8Y8jFQTM which was sublime imo.
-Keiko in I swear in the beginning sounds a bit strange.

-percentage wise, the star is actually Eri. but Yuri is such a rare sight.. :)
-soundtrack specials needed.

It was great to hear so many tracks with Eri since she's my favorite among Yuki's usual singers but there was definitely a lack of Yuri. Why no materialise?

Anyway, more thoughts on the album:

-Gin no hashi was a surprise. I usually hate Kajiura's jpop stuff but this was really good. Especially that amazing guitarxharpsichord segment.

-REMI was fantastic in Rainbow. I've always thought her voice sounded too similar to Hanae and Eri but here she really set herself apart from them imo. If she and Kajiura work together again, I hope we get more songs like this.

-Emily was really bad in Fake Wings but she made up for it in the world which I prefer to the original vol. 2 performance.

Nothing much else to say. As a whole the album is great. I don't like every song, and there are actually some disappointments. But the good outweighs the bad.

^ try listening to the original Gin no Hashi that's in https://canta-per-me.net/discography/sphere4/ (pm me) it has more of the harpsicord sound but not the harmonies of the FJ ver as its solo.

speaking of it, i hope next time's album/single, FJ covers Fuyu no Seiza too, it might not be anything special but its better than 'here we stand in the morning dew' besides im curious as to how it will turn out with more vocals (it already seems to have Kaori Nishina chorus).

And they need to add Sound Declaration to one of the Kasahara lives... its a great way to showcase all musicians vocalists, lets say as an intro.
