From last things I heard I fell in love with matoya's cave from FFI piano opera version and Nail of the Heavens from FFXIV - one of the best battle songs ever for me :nosebleed:

so I've read that they are (confirmed) porting FFV and FFVI to... iOS :uh..: .

Why not release it first to a dedicated gaming console?!?!

FFI and II for GBA (or was it the PSP version?) got ported

FFIII and FFIV for DS got ported

Theatrhythm for 3DS got ported

Soo sad... There remains a bad blood between Nintendo and Square :knife: :knife:

My fingers are a bit big for the iPhone screen.

And WTF, Bravely Default's director is still thinking if they will release it outside Japan... nooooo...

I'm still thinking whether to buy the KH3D. :ayashii:
 
^ Not really, Kindom Hearts Chain of Memories (before it get redone for the Final Mix), 365/2 Days and Dream Drop Distance got released on Nintendo devices.
 
Yes, but they're only giving Nintendo FF spin offs (like the Tactics series, Crystal CHronicle Series) after that FFVII incident way before I was even born.

Chain, 365/2, Code, and 3D are just supplements.

I cant really play the main games of KH because of the different consoles. And unlike FF, the game's plot are connected. That's like forcing you to buy the console if you wanna see the next part of the story.

Rather, I don't know if the iOS ports are 2D enhanced or 3D remakes.
If it's 2D enhanced, then I'm good.
If it's a 3D remake, BANISHMENT THIS WORLD!!! Haha
 
^ There's sort of collection coming out now that has KH 1 (Final Mix) + Chain of Memories PS2 ver) with enhanged graphics and refreshed music quality, and 365/2 days in movie style (not playable) and I cant wait to play chain of memories, the gba ver was so lower to the plot

For potential european fans I have some news!
At 14th and 15th of June 2013. final fantasy concert will be held in Vienna in Austria! Performed by the Distant Worlds Philharmonic Orchestra with Arnie Roth as a conductor.
Sugar in the end, Nobuo Uematsu will attend the concert as a special guest.
And if you have spare money €145 for a special expensive VIP ticket, you get to meet him!

^ it was good to meet Nobuo Uematsu and Arnie Roth after the Adelaide concert (they had separate "meet and greet" tickets that one purchased in addition to concert tickets in order to meet them afterwards).

Well, very briefly and it cost me an extra $50 on top of the concert ticket price.

Have yet to play FFXIII (which probably won't be for a long time), but I AM interested despite all the flaws mentioned. They don't tick me off too much (from the sounf of them, at least), and it has a badass female protagonist (first time since FF6?) and a battle system which is closer to tri-Ace games I respect a lot. Hey, tri-Ace even helped make the sequel!

Damn, all this turbulence seems to push the prospect of FF15 even further away...

My first FF was 8, and I love 8,9 and 10 :shy:
I have to admit I did not follow FF as much after X-2. I personally feel like the series is losing its...Japanese RPG feel to it after that. But that's just my personal opinion that is :)

FF music changed the whole perception of what music is to me. Nobuo-sama actually is the reason I try to learn piano :XD:

No need to be sad, guys! Nintendo announced in its latest Nintendo Direct that Bravely Default will finally come to the West... in 2014!! Nintendo will publish the game, instead of Square Enix.
