And I don't know how one can think Tusk doesn't know anything about the Vilkiss and what's going on. I think he certainly knows more than Ange. ;P

^ I just assumed it after seeing that he didnt try to run away after hearing Embryo singing, his reaction was recognising the song at 19:56 +, but he didnt change course of the jet, like one who knows that this thing fires a tournado, would do (see 21:00 +)

Dude... How are you watching this show? WIthout audio or subs? Are you even paying attention? I'm only watching it for shikata and the lulz and I seem to have a better grasp of what's going on. :P

Alektra is Jill, lol. Even if you didn't put this together earlier, Tusk calls her that on the phone this episode. Dat dragon is/was Julio's assistant.

Yes he did but he didnt try to avoid the attack which means that he knows he's dangerous but for other reasons

"Akatsuki", the new ending theme for Akatsuki no Yona by Shikata, will receive a CD single release on April 29 (FFCM-51). The full version of "Ibitsu" (Tales of Symphonia United World Vol. 2 ending) will be included as the b-side. At least that's what they're saying ATM...

"Akatsuki" debuts tomorrow on episode 15 of the show.
 
Neither do I. I didn't even bother bumping the thread/commenting on it... IMHO the beginning was okay but as the verse was nearing it's ending and her vocals became worse and worse (it's like her voice is regressing to Navigatoria days or even earlier times)... Eh. Add that random keychange and rather poor arrangement for the chorus. Bleh.

I fear for "Ibitsu" since it's more than likely going to be a new recording compared to the old short version. If she uses this faint voice and that damn fake vibrato she's been using since Turaida or the full version ends up being a split-arrangement shit like "Arcadia" and "QuelI->{ein te hyme};", I'll be very upset.

... and with that - I'm on the fence if I want to preorder this single or give up on purchasing Shikata. :( Guess I can wait 'til it pops up on the interwebs and decide then.

The random keychange and the arrangement are what bother me the most. I was watching the show at a friend's house actually, and I recognized her voice instantly. Yes as the song progresses I think she doesn't quite hit the notes, as if it's floating above. Or maybe that's because I listened to it via my friend's rather poor speaker. Will listen to it again when I get home. The backing vocal is more enjoyable than Shikata's voice imo :XD:
 
Ah, I mean the backing vocal is more enjoyable than Shikata's voice as the main vocal. I have no idea it's done by Shikata, though.. :XD:

Oh i love this cover art, and about the OST yah! this probably means there will be at least one more comming out ?

I am mostly looking forward to the one that contains that music from when they were in the old Earth, which will probably be on the next one, there were some lovely tracks there :)

I'm kind of on the fence about the cover. It's really pretty (and I assume it's some peacock) but whenever my eyes go to those lone red/yellow eyed feathers on the right I think they are tentacles... lol.
