It's when they're on stage testing their mics one by one, and Yuriko sings some kajiurago, then breaks off and goes '-eh?' before being prompted by a laughing Wakana you hear off to the side very kawaii

Actually, I only remembered just now, but I admit that when I first watched let the stars fall down, after the violin intro my brain was actually fully anticipating them to start singing manten But I got jolted out of that by surprise

I can't help but noticing that Sato played the drum much better than in the day 1 concert (at least in the Japanese songs). The most prominent one is in sayonara solitaire. It feels like "okay they're going to make this a DVD so I have to play the drum much better than the one before", though.
