To be honest, I'd like to hear Keiko try Fields of Hope. When I listen to the original, I love it, but Akagi Tanaka Rie's high-pitched voice completely ruins it for me. Something tells me that Wakana might not sound that great singing it :ayashii:

You mean Rie Tanaka? Since Akagi is the flautist for Yuki..

Just listening the original by Tanaka, I sorta agree her sharp, high-pitch voice does not quite blend in well with the music. (Same with Mizu no Akashi..guess I don't like her voice in the first place)
Though I think Wakana will suit quite well here...or maybe Wakana/Keiko Combo would be nice too

You're probably right. If there's any chance of Fields of Hope being performed, it'll be solo Wakana. I'm not sure, but I don't think there's much chorus in the original, so Keiko most likely wouldn't duet on it.

I just hope it's not Kaori+piano. Last time that was done, it was Winter, which is my least favorite live performance ever... :uh..:

I've heard my friends did the duet version of Field of Hope with the higher chorus... :XD: .. I think it sounds good but it seems that no one recorded the video/sound clip... I would like Yuki to arrange the chorus-version of this song... :dote: .
 
I actually prefer Tanaka's voice for Mizu no Akashi over Wakana's. And what's kinda funny is that for me her voice sounds smoother lol The irony.
 
lol Fields of Hope is completely fine the way it is. I don't need cover version even if it's by FJ girls :knife:

I don't feel that Tanaka Rie's voice is smoother or rougher than Wakana's myself...there's more of a feeling of something off about her inflection, rather like when Eri Ito (I know, I'm mixing up the name order like crazy here) sings You Are My Love in English. That as well as the pitch of her voice is what I don't like, not the texture. But that's just me :sparkleguy:

For me, I prefer Rie's Mizu no Akashi. I think a characteristic of Rie's voice (maybe the one that Ninetales don't like...lol. :XD: ) gives some flavour to these songs and if Rie's voice is replaced by smoother Wakana's voice with the same plain arrangement.. I think it'd sound more boring for me... :leaf:. I wanna have a good chorus rearrangement because these songs are a bit too plain for my taste...but well...everyone have their own taste... :XD: .
 
Fileds of Hope gives me this very touching feeling, but if ever FJ girls would cover it, I'' go for Keiko.

Maybe JVC wanted to make an entire table-set goods from YK live. Maybe we'll get plate, forks, steak-knife and so on from next YK lives.

The spoon seems so... classic. Is that spoon made from wood? With crappy-font FictionJunction in the handle?

It's not funny but I somehow smiled at the thought that JVC would make an entire table set goods from YK. It's very interesting.
