Now, to wait and hope for a DVD release, and wonder which one it will be. Although, frankly, I'll be content with any of the three as long as it's actually released. :plz:
 
I hope it's the first one lol We have already seen or heard a lot of the songs from the second day haha. I don't like Yume no Tsubasa much, I'd rather they'd just sung Everlasting Song as a closer and something different than YnT and Open your heart.

Still, if they release anything at all, I'm going to be all over it :ohoho:
 
I love the first day setlist only as well... Well tbh I don't really wish this live to be released as DVD and more rooting to the vol.9 although we don't know what the setlist would be, because for me the great point of this live is only the guest stars. And for me it's kinda disappointing because Eri didn't sing E.G.O which is one of the songs that I'm dying to watch. But day 3 has contractor...

Ah, I hope if they make a DVD for this live, they :
- put all songs with Hanae, Eri, and Rie from all 3 days
- just leave some FJ songs that we've already seen/heard on live version. From all the songs that FJ's performed in this live I only want to watch stone cold and my long forgotten cloistered sleep, tbh.

That. :desksweat: all YK lives are good to hear and see by default, and the ultimate ideal would be for them all to have DVDs(and screw the repeating songs factor - even Mezame performance differs between Vol 2 and Vol 4). But the only reason people are currently singling out Vol 9 for is a speculation that the summer may bring a FJ album to promote. And here we officially have several guests and songs that I, for one, CAN'T dare guarantee to reappear soon. What if it's our only chance to see Hanae live or to see a live version of Once Upon a Time or Contractor? Not to mention Credens Justitiam performed altogether a-la Angel Gate? I say "see", because I don't dismiss the hope to hear them regardless, in a new compilation.
They say that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, so atm I want this live released and I can't wave it off in favour of an event we have no information on. Apart from that, it's worth repeating that I'd like BOTH Vol 8 and Vol 9 anyway. And Vol 7 as well... Darn, had it been released, we'd have had full Eternal Blue long ago. :TdT: I still remember my excitement about BEST OF YK LIVE when it turned out to be our only source for Voyagers at the time. :touched:
 
Take it easy, Nick. I don't say I'm rooting for live vol.9 more because of FJ may getting a new album by summer, although I totally don't mind if they do. It's just I don't totally like the whole setlist, and the FJ songs on this one were really blah for me. I'd like a DVD for live vol.8, but in condition like I've stated above :XD:

It'll be better if they release :
a. all the Hanae, Eri and Rie songs on all 3 days to DVD with a 1 or 2 FJ songs this year
b. Another live DVD for live vol.9 next year if the world hasn't ended this year
c. Live CD from live vol.9.
 
I do take it easy, sorry for always sounding like I'm pissed off with someone. :bow: :rain:
But I'm afraid that the chances for a compiled footage DVD are ultra slim. :uh..: Should that actually happen, I'd be as welcoming it as you would - it would give us all the gems I'm torn between. :shy:

Sheesh, not much difference from the previous setlists, though...I would've liked to hear Salva Nos with Hanae :uh..:

Also, an announcement from the concert! (According to Korechan)
The front band will be performing SOLO at Meguro Blues Alley on August 4. Information on who'll be there and what guests they'll have will be coming soon.

And I wanna go... :cry:
 
^ Not sure...I'm assuming yes, but since guests are TBA, a few FJ singers might stop by. Then again, both Jr and Korechan have sung in the past, so we might get a Zodiacal Sign male cover or something :stars:

That would be totally epic, LOL maybe if Yuki sees it, she will use Jr and Korechan not only for the music, but for the vocal too :ohoho:

I'd love to have them in some Kajiura-sensei songs, especially Korechan with that unique voice of his. I still think that he's the one singing an octave lower in Progressive :XD:

I think it's quite normal. They're musician and they're not specially played for Kajiura only and some of them have their own band. I think it's good for the front band member to perform solo (will they perform Kajiura's works?) because it's time for them to get the spotlight. I mean, we all adore Kajiura and all her utahimes, but some people not really paying attention to the band members that DO a wonderful job of playing Kajiura's music..
