I still think you should rephrase or remove the sentence because the way it reads right now seems like not people have been to one of her concerts, rather than the intention of wanting more oversea concerts. :/

^ I'll take what you said in consideration and edit it tomorrow too tired for today. (If anyone wants to edit, feel free to do so). For the mean time, those who wish to be involved in this letter can PM me their names and country. Lets add our names to enforce the "We come from different countries" part and to show that we are serious. I plan to send it tomorrow so the deadline for submission is also tomorrow. Now, I humbly ask those who have experience in sending a letter to Yuki to assist me, or explain to me the process. It will be highly appreciated.

You want to pm Kerahna!

How is this then? I changed the line to something different. Fixes the issue described above, but still provides the required buttery padding (I think).

Dear Ms. Kajiura,

This e-mail was written by a group of fans who met through your music. We come from different countries and have been to your lives in Europe, the USA and Asia. We keep in contact through the Internet and enjoy talking about your new live DVDs and music that we've bought.

Firstly, congratulations on your successful 3 day special! Many of us watched the live-stream and we enjoyed it very much. We'd love to see this happen more often in the future.

There is one thing we have noticed however, at some of the lives we have attended over the past year. We noticed that sometimes Ms. Wakana looks and, at times ,sounds strained whilst singing. Occasionally, it even appears to be painful for her. Ms. Wakana still sings very well but it seems like it's harder for her than it was in the past.

We are sorry if this e-mail is inappropriate, but naturally, we are a little concerned and were wondering if something might be wrong.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this e-mail.

Kind regards,

I know someone changed the word noticed to observe, but I felt that the sentence didn't flow as smoothly. Ultimately, it doesn't matter if we repeat a word twice. No one will care and it might even make it easier to read! Edit at will, but do it fast! Tomorrow is the deadline!

Real names or our CPM names?

I think real names, as the CPM user-names will really mean nothing. Besides, we decided to keep CPM out of it completely, early on.

This is an off-the-radar assignment. :knife:

God, I thought the letter was ready two or three pages ago! :XD: So now is it good to go? I'll PM my name to tabete.mio :w00t:

It's finally done! :sohappy:

Good work, everybody! :sparkleguy:
(Hooray for forum teamwork :ohoho: )
And thanks to tabete.mio for taking charge of it and finally deciding to get it sent.

That said, I really hope it accomplishes something good, and isn't just tossed aside or taken as obsessive. Hopefully it doesn't get Wakana kicked out or anything (just any rest/treatment she needs), but I'd like to think that Kajiura-san wouldn't let that happen, especially as she considers Wakana to have the voice of a goddess.

By the way, on a much lighter note, anyone else think I use too many of the smilies per post? I think I need to set a quota- they're just so awesome!

Even if it's tossed aside, it doesn't matter. It was still a good effort from us! Good work everyone! : )

That's.....kinda hard to say. Even though the letter will only be sent to Kajiura-sensei, she might not be able to influence the decisions of SMEG to milk the girls as much as possible by making them perform more unless she brings the point across to them that Wakana-chan is unwell. Whether SMEG would decide to find someone else to replace Wakana-chan completely or cut down their performances is really unknown. I'm praying for the latter but I do not hold high hopes for large corporations to be humanistic.

No problem guys :sparkleguy: This is all for the sake of our beloved utahime.

Yes, well, I was thinking that if I didn't volunteer, our editing would have gone a few more pages. :uh..: And it's already taking too long. Though, all our effort and time did result to the perfect letter. I can practically feel the love and concern :goodjob:

Is it possible to privately send it through Twitter?

Now that you mention it, I think that sending it by twitter privately would be better. It will have a higher chance that Kajiura-san will read it, then reply. But I dont know how. :spotlight: So if there is no alternative way, I will send it through email.

On the other hand, Good Job guys! Great teamwork! :goodjob: I'll send it later since I'm still waiting for those who still wants to join :knife:

Well, Kerahna recently sent an email to Yuki and she actually responded, so I think we should just send it by email.

^ ok. :ohoho: Just learned how and where to email the letter so theres no turning back :knife:

Thanks a lot to Kera for showing me how :V:

EDIT: I'm still waiting patiently :ohoho:
