About the new 2-years front dicography page, 2015-2016, I will wait till Fate SN Box coverat comes out and will make it then. Until then the Hanako ost 3 entry will be at the current 2013-2014 page :)

Chiaki Ishikawa did write the lyrics for both:

Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru 「君は僕に似ている」 (Gundam SEED Destiny: See-Saw)

Seijaku wa Headphone no Naka 「静寂はヘッドフォーンの中」 (See-Saw)

One of the lyric entries was already correct and I fixed the other as well as the discography entry.

(I checked the liner notes from my copy that's in a 1 metre high pile of CD's on my desk).

what about other See-Saw songs from their later era? A lot of the songs I have as only written by Kajiura, but now I'm wondering if Chiaki wrote the lyrics for those too

Tracks 4, 5, 7, 8, 11 lyrics by Chiaki Ishikawa (written as 石川 千亜紀).

There were correctly credited in the lyrics section, just didn't have lyrics credited in the discographies for Dream Field.

作詞 - 有坂美香 (which agrees with Japanese wikipedia).

So I've corrected the song book entry, also including Susumu Nishikawa along with Yuki Kajiura as an arranger of Life Goes On.

OK, I've corrected the entry to show that PCCA-2464 is the limited edition with DVD and that PCCA-2465 is the regular edition.
