Sword Art Online (SAO: P)

So CDJ said that since it has been over a year, the cds cannot be replaced. I thought I explained to them properly about the pitch difference thing, but I guess not. Oy. *face palms* So I don't know, I think I'll see if mom gets me the collection which should have the corrections in it anyways, at least I hope they would.

You should have linked the announcement. I mean - what is it to them? That way they would know it is a recently and officialy recognized issue, not you wanting to replace your disc "just because".

^Yes, I will try and email them again. Otherwise I will just wait for the collection if they can't replace it for some reason.

There is a page for the release at the official site

I think it menthions there will be different postcards given at stores depending on where you buy (just as Kalafina stuff)

slitely offtopic:
So apparently they are releasing the third SAO game to US for PS4 and PSVita https://store.playstation.com/#!/en...song/cid=UP0700-CUSA02823_00-SAOLOSTSONG00000

and it looks pretty good compared to the 2 previous ones judging from the gameplay

Sword Art Online Movie Takes Place after Mother’s Rosario Arc

The December issue of Kadokawa’s Dengeki G‘s Comic magazine revealed on Friday that the upcoming Sword Art Online anime movie will be taking place after the events of the anime adaptation’s Mother’s Rosario arc.

The upcoming anime film based on Reki Kawahara’s Sword Art Online light novel series will have an original story, not adapting of Kawahara’s any previous work.
Now I feel more excited for this :)

There are alot of people who will disagree with you on that point george.

^ that's why I said IMO. If you havent read the novel you are only judging this based on the anime (the parts of the novel the director is choosing to show you) , so your opinion becomes less round.

I'll give you that. Although, I think the parts that do make it into the anime have more to do with the person in charge of series composition rather than the director.

That being said, the anime is pretty faithful to the novels no?

it is story wise but it has few things that make it less cool than the novels, like shortened battles(whole novel battle chapters are shortened to few minutes), most of Kirito's thoughts are omitted, and also bad use of available music. When I was reading the novels I couldnt stop reading in many parts until the action ends, but in the anime it felt different.

btw I resently watched Accelerated World, which was written before SAO by same guy. It seems to be a better story overall and is nicely directed (they plan next season for it on spring)

Just stopping by to say that 0:36 to 0:43 of she has to overcome her fear is amazing. The end.

^doesn't sound like any yk sao work to me (but can't say I've listened to it all that often)
