^ Do you mean the set with the big box, the Madoka figure and the Kyuubey plushie head? I think that disc is the Blu-Ray that comes with the set. It says "Special (something) Blu-Ray Disc" in the description, but I don't see anything about a CD.

EDIT

The second choice is a special DVD of some sort, I think.

^ There's a Staff listing, but it just seems to talk about the companies behind the game...

Quite frankly, the graphics for this game (aside from the cutscenes and character images) look pathetic for a PSP game. Honestly, I think the 3DS has better CG quality!

Since you used Jesus Christ as your example last time on a different thread

Just pointing out that it was a reference to this song from a musical. I'm not religious, and if I were to be religious, I'd be Buddhist.
have you really observed the character designs in your Mononoke?

Yes. They're incredibly creative and artistic, not to mention well-drawn and animated excellently in a unique and fresh way. And that's just their visual aspects.

Would you mind highlighting your problem with them, evidence for supporting your problem and then explaining why this makes it an objective problem, as I have done with Madoka?

Your way of seeing Madoka as horrible is clearly just your own opinion.

And yet not a single person has offered any kind of evidence or refute to any of my points, aside from NO UR RONG and NO SUBJECTIVE, where I've posted evidence and comparisons and I've even pointed out the virtues of Madoka in order to balance out my argument. In fact, I've pointed out more virtues of Madoka than anyone else has.

If you don't care about other's likes then why bother posting your long opinions?

To articulate/explain myself and give evidence/factual basis for my arguments.

Being a critical person is okie, FYI you're not the only one who is being critical, but it is way different from being a fault finder.

Finding faults and highlighting them is the basis of being a critical person, so they're not that different, no.

Have you read your recent posts?

No, of course I haven't. In fact, I haven't posted them, either, because that would require reading them, and I certainly haven't done that.

Note the lack of personal insults in this post. I just can't not reply to a post directly or indirectly addressed at me, since I hate my points being ignored, so I won't do it to anybody else.

LOLz they made full transformation scenes http://madoka-magica-game.channel.or.jp/#/About [last choice] (Sayaka's the coolest )

Yesss. :stars: It looks way more impressive than in the anime. But Madoka's sequence is more exclusive, since I don't think we've ever seen her do a traditional "combat mode ON" sequence before. The first and the last one in ep 12 doesn't count :plot:

I want to learn if Yuki is involved or they use new music

It was said long ago (as much as I hate to agree with it), that if Yuki had been involved, it would have been announced earlier. :uh..:
Of course, hope springs eternal, and Magica Quartet likes to keep things hidden until the eleventh hour... Or maybe Yuki's only involved with rearranging some things, so she didn't bother mentioning it?

Quite frankly, the graphics for this game (aside from the cutscenes and character images) look pathetic for a PSP game. Honestly, I think the 3DS has better CG quality!

3DS is supposed to be one generation ahead of PSP. Also, I'm not sure if either Bandai OR Nitro+ are known for astounding graphic input. But all I've seen looks more than decent in 2D terms, and I'm personally damn glad they're using animated portraits, NOT models (Rune Factory Oceans is still a mildly disturbing sight for me).

^ Is there going to be a whole new soundtrack for the PSP? I'm really not up to date with this stuff, but I like listening to soundtracks, so.

Also, is it just me that things Numquam Vincar sounds like this song, the parts after 1:00 especially? I also think Decretum sounds uncomfortably like Greensleeves. If the last link doesn't work, there's another here, but it's a lot slower.

I didn't say it was anything but coincidence, I was just pointing out that I thought they were similar.

Is there going to be a whole new soundtrack for the PSP?

It hasn't been announced, and I doubt it will be anytime before the game's release.

Also, is it just me that things Numquam Vincar sounds like this song, the parts after 1:00 especially?

Sorry, I fail to catch a proper semblance here.

I also think Decretum sounds uncomfortably like Greensleeves

This I find more likely ("uncomfortably" is strong YMMV, though :XD: ). Decretum does have a similar pace, and since Yuki has been into using some Celtic features before, it might be not TOO far-fetched to suppose that she takes inspiration from traditional music. :ayashii:
Oddly, Conturbatio loses MOST of the said resemblance despite having the same melody. Maybe it has something to do with Decretum being arranged more folk-style in the first place? :psst:

Sorry, I fail to catch a proper semblance here.

It is just me, then. :ohoho: I tend to hear weird resemblances.

This I find more likely ("uncomfortably" is strong YMMV, though :XD: ).

I just don't like having two things that sound same-y on my iPod, so it makes me uncomfortable. I'm not saying Kajiura ripped it off, omg!!! or anything. I like the folk influences in the Madoka soundtrack.

Rest assured, I didn't interpret you as talking of plagiarism, and I wasn't talking of it myself either. :innocent: Influence is the exact term in discussion here. :ayashii:

^ Good. :plot: I was noticing your mentioning my use of the word "uncomfortably", so I thought you were implying it yourself and that you misunderstood me;;

Gah, I forgot. :imdead:

Well, to me it looks like DS quality, and I thought that DS=bad graphics and new gameplay while PSP=good graphics and old gameplay. Unless I'm confusing the DS with the Wii :desksweat:

Yes, CG avatars would be weird. Especially given the quality! :XD:

Re: Re:

Ponti: I'm not going to reply to the previous post as I was already advised to do so.I also think it would be pointless and useless discussing it.

YOU ACTUALLY PLAY IT?

^ I play the DS, but not the Wii. Couldn't afford to buy it :ohoho: I don't play the PSP either.

No...Absolutely no way PMMM is on the same level as SZS. One's too serious to be taken lightly; the other's just the exact opposite!

This one is at least explainable: SZS parallels must be stemming from Gertrude's barrier which looks like a shout-out to SZS OPs (especially in ep 1). :ohoho:

But as to KnK, I'm wondering myself, too. :confu:

Don't drag my Saya into this too

Well, it was inevitable considering it's one of Gen's most famous works. Besides, Saya has something in common with Kyuubey. :psst:

- cute
- alien
- has trouble empathizing with humans or understanding them

Differences:

- We have an idea of what Saya REALLY looks like :white: For all we know, the same COULD apply to Kyuubey, but I don't think we had anything official to ever hint at it. :ohoho:
- Saya can feel emotions including even love, while Kyuubey self-admittedly can't :ayashii:

And the biggest difference:
- we may have no fear that Kyuubey will ever do something that leads to all the humanity turning into Kyuubeys :ohoho: :ohoho: :ohoho:
SAYA IS MAI MUSUME, TOUCH HER AND YOU DIE :anger:

I hope there is a seperate soundtrack, or at least creative remixes. I won't buy the game and it probably won't be released in Europe anyway, so.

@ninetales The DS or the 3DS? They've released like 800 versions of the DS and the PSP, so I never know which DS or PSP people are referring to.
