@Equalizer: AFAIH the first two movies were implied to retell the story while incorporating new elements akin to what we could only hear in Drama CDs up until now. It's still not clear how the addendums will be distributed between two movies. Since Shinbo intended to make them equally interesting for new audiences to watch, it's possible they'll keep the intrigue, i.e. start out in the anime's main timeline with a brief "dream" of a/the previous one, just like ep 1 did (instead of say, showing us the cat-saving wish amd Moemura right away). :ayashii:

I'm still wondering if that June release date is serious or fake. Even taking into account that the animators will be working with familiar sequences here, and that a portion of stock footage is most likelyto be used... :confu:
