Can't wait for it to be released next month! I don't have a Blu-ray player, so I'm currently looking to buy one :ohoho:

I'm not sure whether I'll get this or not because :
a) I don't have a BD player, but I can always go to my aunt's house and borrow hers lol
b) I don't really care about most songs in the concert. Gaika, Nohara, absolute configuration, Historia opening theme, and Hitorigoto are the only songs that catch my attention, and that's like, only 1/4 or 1/5 of the BD lol.

I'm really looking forward to elemental! It's currently my favourite FJ song

Anyways about the elemental Tour pamphlet, I sent a request/enquiry to CDJapan 2 days ago. I just got a reply from them:

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for your inquiry. Presently, we are in contact with several publishing companies in order to know the availability of your book. We need more few days and we appreciate your patience.
We will contact you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding."

Let's see what happens next *praying hard that they will actually start to stock up a few at CDJapan so that we can buy from CDJapan directly*

I'm planning on getting the Blu-ray. I'll need to get a blu-ray player as well since my sister's old windows laptop is too outdated for blu-ray playback and the TV that we have a player connected to is broken (this is why I still have not been able to watch Yuuka's concert or the lives on the Best albums yet) :faint:
dern you Steve Jobs :glower:

Oooooh I don't care if I don't have any money I am totally getting this. lol (I have some, but not very much, need a job!) I really want to hear Luminous Sword and Gaika live. Gaika is still my favorite FJ as of this moment. And Nohara must be amazing. I can't wait for next month!

I am really excited hear luminous sword. Same for absolute configuration, though I hope the drumming is more energetic than the soundtrack version.

Same here! For "absolute configuration" the original was sung by Tomaru Hanae-san right? I'm hoping the LIVE version will be more powerful with 4 voices :dote:

Yeah, Hanae was the original. I'm guessing Yuriko will be the main singer unless all 4 girls simply chant together.

I just download the mp3s for Yuuka's concert and man if I don't think live vol.4 is way better. I don't like how Yuuka sings 'aikoi' (which is my favorite Yuuka song) isn't as freely as she was in live vol.4, plus the edit they put on 'haiaiai eyes to me' (where they put the original chorus alongside with Hikaru and Yuriko) and it drowns the final 'haiaiaia you kiss me so sweet right now' or smth by Hikaru that I really love in live vol.4. Live vol.4 songs are better in live vol.4. Madlax mix and blessing is love  Yuuka's songs are actually lovelier than After Eden-era Kalafina that I don't mind Yuuka's voice even though it's not really my cup of tea.

During LIVE4 I thought YUUKA was awkward but genuinely having fun; on this one she seemed "professional" if you know what I mean... It felt like someone forced her to stand still and sing emotionlessly (which I thought worked for some songs); or maybe she just wasn't feeling well overall...

^ I wonder if Yuuka-san wasn't feeling well either. She seemed very happy the times I saw her live (Animelo Summer Live 2012, FJ CLUB LIVE, YK Live vol. #10, Animelo Summer Live 2013, Animax Musix 2013).

Yes yes grunty you always successfully describe something about their performance/songs that I don't able to! This really sums it up. Yes the 'emotionless/seriousness' worked for some songs but it didn't for other, 'aikoi' for example. 'aikoi' live is actually one of those songs that have more 'fun' in live arrangement compared to the recording so I don't really enjoy this rendition of 'aikoi'. That, plus I always hear Sato's drumming as 'loud without really doing anything' so while 'aikoi' in live4 is fun, 'aikoi' in live11 is making me weary. Sorry for the overly detailed review on aikoi - it's my favorite upbeat Yuuka song lol.

I wonder if she wasn't feeling well as well because as far as I remember the weather was really cold (snow storm or something) during FJYuuka live, so maybe that affected her performance.

It's been so long since the DVD/BD of the girls' performance contain both 'fun to watch' aspect and 'nice vocal delivery' aspect. Kalafina's Consolation live and FJ live vol.9 lack the 'fun' aspect (only Keiko is enjoyable in live9) - plus the 'blah' lighting and stage settings and After Eden live DVD lack 'nice vocal delivery' with Keiko shouted too much, Hikaru's being overly nasal and heavily edited her voice doesn't sound like hers in some songs and Wakana straining too much (plus I don't care about most of the songs) Best DVD is still live vol.4 for me. The vocal is edited but it doesn't really annoy me (because the edit is good hehe)- plus the energy is there.

That's my problem with Yuuka, actually. I like her voice, I don't think she is annoying, but I hate her live performances because she is too emotionless and.. boring. Just my opinion, though, just the way I feel about her. I will watch the new release this week and I hope I'll be able to like her more, because the FJ Yuuka songs are really good.

Though she was jumping I think during nowhere and swaying in destination. I really love those two. I think nowhere is better day two, and nostalgia is just... :love:I love that song, so I like it no matter what. heh (The beginning especially, that guitar and drumming!) But I do understand what you mean about the standing still. I liked how she sang cradle though, i thought she had some emotion there, reminded me of how Hikaru looks during fairytale or slower songs. And of course Yuuka was smiling and laughing while talking with Yuki, though I would be smiling too.

I love the vol#4 part 1 live (do not care one bit for part 2 :p), I felt YUUKA was totally into it there even if maybe scared a little - did she even do full lives before? On this 2days special it's like she's been doing this for 50 years and is totally over it. I don't know her personally but (comparing to vol#4 and other lives and interviews I've seen) I felt like she wasn't being genuine in #11. She was totally faking a lot of the songs. Look at the way she's holding the mic in vol#4 and #11 even.

Can't be bothered to load youku now, lol, so going by the digest I'd say she's enjoying herself on Silly-Go-Round only (and lol, only song on which she's actually grasping the mic).

Live vol.4 part 1 is super (the only song I don't really like is Kioku no Mori, it's way too long and it feels like old FJY songs stuffed into 1 song). I still enjoy part 2 because mezame-salva nos-zodiacal sign in that live can pump me up :XD: that, and 'here we stand in the morning dew' there is

Maybe Yuuka's trying to recreate the same feeling the songs have in CD version? For me, Yuuka's songs in CD don't pack quite enough emotion as they are in live (in live vol.4 case) so live vol.4 is the only performance where I can really appreciate FJ Yuuka, which is actually a shame because FJ Yuuka songs are good :(
