Madoka Magica movies

I doubt they'll sell the blu rays here before they're available in Japan. Also, I don't have a camera. And I don;t even know it they'll screen it in my state.

:omg: SWEET MOTHER MADOKAMI! Can't wait to hear more news about the screening here in Mexico. *Faints*

I hope someone gets another recording of the new tracks... :comeback: Those George linked to are dead in less than a month thereafter. and MLP fans call Hasbro a monster for taking down pony eps 1,5-2 years after they were shared

Considering that the recaps used a good deal of the show's music, we're probably not getting a separate OST with those BDs (unless Sony considers a 5 track album "an OST" now :ohoho: ). Maybe a collection after all three movies are out... sooooo loooong :wai:

Can't wait for movie 3 itself either. The title sounds especially intriguing :ayashii: :plot:

Movies had like 30+ new tracks. More than enough for a separate release. Sony won't do it though. Most movie OSTs are usually released the same month the movie premiered.

As always... I want to hope for separate soundtrack not as part of BD box

Sorry, I don't watch this thread for discussion. When approximately will be a soundtrack for Madoka movie, don't know?

I just cant imagine how much money Shaft and Aniplex made out of the Madoka Tv anime and its merch for them to be so relaxed about releasing the movies in BD in Japan :XD:

With Shaft, BD means fixing whatever they didn't get in time for the fisrt release and altering whatever Shinbo fancies altered for a change. So they may have their hands full... :ohoho:

There are rumours stating that pre-orders for the movie BD/DVD will begin on the 30th of March. This would coincide with the Madoka Magica stage at ACE.

1) Release date: 24th July, 2013
We should expect the third movie to only come after this release date.

2) There are 4 releases (prices are in JPY, MSRP with 5% tax)
-Limited edition BD containing both movies: 11,550 yen
-Normal edition BD containing both movies: 9,450 yen
-DVD for the first movie: 4,410 yen
-DVD for second movie: 4,410 yen

3) No news regarding which release contains what (OST, etc)

4) Off topic but there is a normal edition BD box set for Kara no Kyoukai

Source: Yaraon No clue what his source is, probably 2ch.

^ I meant, there is no news regarding what we can expect from each of the release yet (eg. what the limited ed. contains). Like if there is an OST or not. I think the fans would riot if there was no OST. I have never seen BGM be discussed this much on 2ch, or fan copied this much on nico douga before.

It's a leaked list of BD/DVD releases and dates so there isn't any detailed information.

^ Right, but I was surprised because since the kara no kyoukai era all sony OSTs (with the exception of Rekishi Hiwa Historia) come as bonus with the LE of the BDs or the BD box sets, so I find it really revolutionary if they decide to release it separately. :XD: (but its also posible they havent decided what to so with the ost yet, and end up releasing it with the BDs again.

I think it is safe to assume that the DVD releases won't be getting the OST.

I think the ideal release would be for the normal BD to contain the OST and for the limited to contain even more things. Perhaps those pesky film pieces or perhaps special footage with the seiyuu. I'm hoping for more commentaries, if only to see how Yuuki Aoi would react to the powered up Kyouko vs. Oktavia. Her, and Emiri's, tears were delicious in the TV BD. :ohoho: Whoops. My S side is showing.

If they're evil, they might put all bonus items on the limited edition. This would be the more likely scenario since there is only a mere 630 yen difference between the normal BD and the 2 DVDs.
