By the way, I assume you live outside of Japan? Because there is a possibility that the site won't accept certain international credit cards (even popular ones like Visa) although I'm not sure whether that's the case with Ticket Pia, Lawson etc. nowadays.
If you don't live in Japan, perhaps you can find a local travel agent in your country who can secure tickets for you. I've heard quite a number of fans favor obtaining tickets through this way. There are also proxy services but the total service fee (commission + shipping etc.) they charge are usually a bit too pricey. Well, if it's okay with you, I guess you could give it a go too. :)
