Kalafina 21st single "Hyakka Ryouran" (Katsugeki Touken Ranbu ED)

And now you want to bring in sexuality and race, furthermore the stereotypes associated with them, while not knowing mine, because of a statement I made that used your quote as an example for a section of growing Kalafina fans and how I feel about statements such as the one you made. But you don't care about that, you just care about anything that had to do with addressing you, so of course you skipped that statement and its explanation.

I took responsibility and apologized for what would seem incriminating while using your comment. You quoted my explanation post twice but I doubt you read it, because I even differentiated its font so that it was more visible. Therefore you are lying about me lying.

Notice, in that same post, that I said I could liken your behavior to the slang that I used, i.e. I have addressed you by your site name and used slang as an adjective, while speaking eloquently. You speak just as eloquently but with no respect, which is pitiful.

My statement had nothing to do with your personal view of the song.

Now take a cue to stop, and leave each other alone.

I like the song overall. I'm reminded of ttb in how it showcases all of their voices, which is cool. I find the chorus to be the weakest, though; not because it's bad in any way, just that the chorus didn't seem to satisfy me based on the progression and built up prior to that (lol does that even make sense??) Still, I was worried earlier, based on descriptions, the song would be disjointed. Glad to see that's not really the case. Looking forward to the b-sides too!

Also, on the PV, I was expecting more fire (maybe in the full version). :XD: Still, love the look and some of the effects.

*sigh* at least stop with the ad hominem attacks?

Anyway, I hope the B-sides are good. The B-sides are often songs that have a relatively positive reception on here (compared to how much criticism A-sides have gotten). And with Natsu no Asa and Haru wo Matsu being the most recent B-sides, things are looking up imo. This'll be the third year in a row where Kalafina released a single the first week of my school year (OL in 2015, Blaze in 2016), which is always a nice touch during an otherwise drabby time of the year.

Also, DAT PV!!! I love the smoke and the washed-out look of it. It adds to the desperate tone and the message, "This is a war. People will die and already have died. Despite that, do not give up hope." Is anyone else reminded of this part of the Fire Emblem Fates intro?

how can you claim to have class and then call someone a bitch in the same post lmao

Also @Hayden Kurosaki you straight up posted a RESPONSE to @Yui Makino 's comment and then left some sort of a cliffhanger with your comment not even explaining yourself, making it seem like a direct attack towards Yui's post, although you claim it was a response to a collection of posts submitted by several users in this thread........ Clearly was a miscommunication that could have been resolved by your explanation of what your post ACTUALLY meant way before all this happened... but to instigate the situation further with all this "How about no." nonsense and then to submit an essay about this and claim that you have intellect unlike Yui, who is a childish bitch?! WHAT?!?!?!?!? LMFAOOOO y'all "intellectual shade throwers" need to realize that you aren't fooling anyone!! Coming in here acting like you're somebody's Taylor Swift with that innocence crap, and then when you so-called "fight back" it's all for self-defense... WHEN YOU STARTED THE SHIT IN THE FIRST DAMN PLACE!

needs to say it:
i fakking HATE wakana's upper harmony on the verses. idk what happened with kajiura and her fascination towards upper harmony nowadays she adds upper harmony to every verses, which wasn't the case before 2014. adding more harmony would be great if the singer sounds good. wakana's head voice still sounds like chicken to my ear, her voice doesn't blend well with keiko and hikaru. the only one who harmonizes well with keiko is keiko.

pv is not that bad, i guess. but yes too much pink overlay why. marchen is still the best pv for moi (2).

i'm not even involved but drama happened after my post i more and more feel like king midas of cpm forum drama.

@Atlas Star First of all, why would you reignite this. I doubt Yui gave a shit anymore, he's probably asleep, I stopped caring but I'm being targeted again with mildly to completely inaccurate comments from a third party.

I said that the niche of fans I was referring to has been mentioned in passing by other users, with my intention being to emphasize that that thought process exists in the fandom. I did not claim it was a response to posts of other users, it was a statement and then reflection on a part of the fandom.

After my first response, with three aggressive posts that attempted to degrade me and couldn't even respectfully call me by my own name (I noticed that any note to those, regardless of the level of rudeness and disrespect, was not addressed by you and so I guess you think that was entitled or something), I tried to explain the thought process I came from, with dignity, because it is something I was genuinely concerned about. I did so because of course in my previous posts aimed at Yui, that was nowhere to be seen. There is also a difference between addressing someone by their name and describing their actions, and just calling them whatever you think and stating that you won't call them by their name, but your name for them.

I said, "How about no", and then said no. That's instigation if you choose to take it as such. However, I say that in spoken words with intonation meaning "no" and had forgotten I was online with readable words, and so that was a mistake.

You seem to have missed when I was told by Yui that I "thought I was smart but actually wasn't", which was said before my longer retaliation. Although Yui had acted childishly in the way that I was addressed socially, he was still very eloquent and I didn't say he wasn't. You are therefore incorrect in saying "...you claim you have intellect, unlike Yui..." because my intellect was addressed and degraded FIRST.

I never claimed to be innocent upon entrance, and instead explained my true intention after being told it was unrecognizable and realizing that that was true. Your comment about the cliffhanging of my response involving Yui's comment about Keiko was not incorrect. But I apologized for that, reminded the person in another post that I apologized for that, and then stopped caring because I'm sure that after several hours of jabs from misunderstanding, we have probably both realized that carrying on with that was wasteful.

Of course I will be defensive; I was attacked, no matter who anyone thinks started it. We both retaliated at each other. If you want to be a third party properly, address the actions of both people and not just one. But more importantly, leave it alone. Leave me alone. PM me any retaliation, because others have made clear moves to steer back to the topic and your comment was not needed.

i fakking HATE wakana's upper harmony on the verses.

Wait, I thought it's just Remi on upper harmony? Wakana would probably do it on a live... but yea, it sounds like Remi on the studio.

i would be really surprised if it's remi. the owner of that chickenesque head voice could only be wakana.

@george1234 at least this time it wasn't me :p and drama adds color to the forum. the red color from all the bloodshed lolol

I thought Remi was only in bridge 1 -- I had no problem with Wakana's background voice but it does sound like Wakana.

@Hayden Kurosaki baby now we got baaaaad bloooooood-- HEY!

@george1234 who are you?.

@MedChemist / @ritardando - I also hear WAKANA and in the intro of the PV i see her singing (then again she also opens her mouth in progressive's PV and to this day I STILL don't hear her voice in that song) and who can forget WAKANA lip syncing YURIKO KAIDA's kajiurago in "sprinter". WITH THAT BEING SAID --- I actually enjoy when WAKANA does her chickenesque upper harmonies (i.e. Ring your bell "koufukuto...ahhh....")

I dunno... it sounds like Remi, Keiko, and Hikaru in the verse when I dampen the main vocal on Audacity. That upper voice has such a Remi attitude to it... lol. I'm willing to be in the wrong though, no biggie. @Kowz? You've got good ears. Thoughts?

@MedChemist To me, REMI's voice is much thicker and volumous compared to WAKANA's airy, crisp, and thin head voice. Of course I may be wrong in believing it's in fact WAKANA. Sounds like her voice from "kotonoha" when she did the upper harmony for HIKARU. At first I didn't think it was WAKANA.

@Atlas Star Ik this is a bit of a nitpick, but Remi's name hasn't ever been in all caps in credits to my knowledge (unlike Wakana/Keiko/etc. where it has)

Also I too think it's Wakana doing the upper harmonies on the verses, they sound like her harmonies on Hikaru's part of far on the water's verse

Anyway, I really like how Hikaru sings both the bridge and her part of the second verse. There her voice sounds more like how it did when she was back in her prime (2011-2013)

Wakana's upper harmony sounds too weak, it's not even falsetto its just really weak. It doesn't sound very nice and doesn't blend very well. Maybe if she did it like the blaze upper harmonies, they aren't that much higher.
Keiko's singing seems a little bit choppy, but I love how she sings 'yaiba', its quite intense and emotional.
Hikaru sounds quite nice, I think.
Also that kajiurago + bridge part is my favourite part. I love the idea of them battling with each other. Remi singing overhead provides a nice overlay.
When Keiko's verse starts and all disappears for a moment except the guitar, drums (and bass I think) is freaking epic. But when Wakana comes in with her harmony it's quite underwhelming.

Sound Horizon's Seisen no Iberia.

Edit: Actually since I just recovered them, Jigoku Shoujo OSTs, too.

So far I like the MV, for like the first time in ages. Hope the final song is good right now my brain hurts too much to extrapolate a final opinion from Parallel Hearts and poop references.
