^I think Kerahna and someone else posted them awhile back.

Also now I'm loving the bridge more now. Especially Keiko's part, which I did not like before. :dote: It certainly is getting up there in my favorites.

^I don't usually like it when she tries to hit the higher notes like in Mune no Yukue, but here it's more powerful. I am not sure if that is the right word, but it seems that way. (Btw I hope you don't mind having almost the same avatar and sig hehe)

:wai: Anyone know around when will the manten sample come out? :confu: (I hope it's a ballad! Please be an epic ballad! :plz:)

I listened to sprinter today after listening to to the beginning a lot, and I think they have the same mood. Especially the chorus. The guitar is sort of similar as well. :dote: That is just me though.

I find To The Beginning similar to Eternal Blue, though I actually like the former better. The strings are lovely, and I like the girls' vocal harmonies in the song. I particularly like the beginning part with the Kajiurago, the bridge and the leading-up to the end of the song.

A week before the single is released. Maybe. I don't know.

the full pv was really great.
i think the set was also the set used in after eden, no?
i was a bit :uh..: with the pink moon :XD:

IMHO, the similarity with FJ's OP songs is only until the end of the first verse
it's more similar with the construct of the song like sprinter and fantasia

^ Red Moon live tour pamphlet photoshot to be exact. Not sure if they used the same place for After Eden, though.

Finally watched the PV at 420p. :sohappy:
The song: I liked the bridge a lot, even though, oddly enough, it gives me more of a FJ vibe than the rest of the song combined - to me, it somehow feels (feels, not sounds) like Parallel Hearts rather than like Sprinter. :desksweat: :XD: I also like the vocals layout in the second verse and the descending melody in the last refrain. :dote:
The PV: the best part was something I interpreted as poor Wakana trying to catch a pink balloon in the pond and the latter being a lie (the balloon, not the pond). :XD: The worst part is around 1:27 (come on now, how much MORE of this? :...: ). Overall, mood-wise it feels like HnS meets Fairytale to me, but... Both of them were notably slower songs. And at this song's tempo, despite all the attempts to match it with a handful of quick focus switches, the whole deal comes dangerously close to Sprinter PV... :uh..:
I do like the way the girls look here, though. Even if there's an impression that the whole point of most Kalafina PVs is to show them singing and with good looks... Ah, let's leave it at that, before I begin to sound like Grunty. :tea:

^ I agree about the similarity to Sprinter...I'd be really surprised if TTB wasn't directed by Toshiyuki Suzuki. Everything about it practically screams his style. If it was Takuya Tada, then it would at least have some quick zooms and focus changes like in Magia...

I consider Magia one of the definitely better Kalafina videos. While chandeliers weren't to my liking, the flower trick was nice and contextual, and the trick with the mirror was quite clever. Plus, Magia is not as upbeat as Sprinter or To the Beginning, so the slower pans didn't cause any dissonance either. And Takuya Tada seems responsible for plot details in Kalafina PVs in general (I wonder if he was also the one behind Seventh Heaven). :ayashii:

As to Suzuki-san... The most jarring thing is that, as far as Progressive PV goes, he apparently knows how to handle upbeat songs. Before I saw TTB PV, I actually imagined swift camera motions like that... but nope.

^ The only reason I can think of for him not using the Progressive directing style for TTB is...maybe because Progressive isn't as much of an angsty song? I don't know. Maybe he simply forgot about that style. I think it's obvious that he isn't a movie-level director... :uh..:
