Where is it ?! :uh..:

[EDIT] Found it! http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xqfzdh ... mbediframe

The PV is typical gothic lolita one, (loving how there's a doll dressed like Haruna behind her on a chair) :XD:
I was a bit surprised the song didnt had the usual part after the beridge but was ending with the refrain lyrics right after the bridge.
Will need a bit of time to get used to the bridge.
Nothing to say about Haruna's voice, but she does look a bit like a little Yuriko :XD:
Me wants a Keiko cover too :dote:

Re:

Yay its finally out! :ohoho:
I think it is a really beautiful song! really nice but sad :nosebleed:
But again... her voice kills the song...I have to agree with you all XD
But I'm REALLY STARTING TO HATE HER! :knife: (although i absolute love gothic lolita!)
Also...another complain...although it's a really nice song :omg:
But, i don't really like the arrangement...its so generic :XD:
I really felt if Yuki-Sama did the arrangement it would be soooo much better...could imagine her using Yuriko Kaida/Itou Eri as Kajiuran...

AGREE! :nosebleed:
Keiko and Kaori together would pwn the whole SONG!
Can imagine keiko sing the starting and the intermediate sections and Kaori doing the chorus! PLZ! FictionJunction Live vol.9!
FictionJunction Cover live version!

Re:

But the arranger of the song is not Kajiura, so she had to do a new arrangement for the song (acoustic?) and then, the instrumental will lost its power, random. Can I give my 'thanks' to Mori?
About full version, I love it, but from bridge to the end is pretty boring. I think it needs a powerful instrumental ending. Piano+violin very superb. E.Guitar, no! please!
Instrumental now! :)

Ahá! You've opened the shit drawer! :TdT:

The songs is nice. I actually like the full version (just the instrumental part of course)

And the singer looks pretty without the ponytails

There is no feeling on the song. that's sad. Except for the last part, everything is wrong on the singing. Don't ask me why.

I'm becoming like Grunty lately

:tea:

This will be a pretty useless post, since I'm just going to agree with has already been said :imdead:

She sounds diff and emotionless, maybe except for one two very short moments. Seems she is just trying to sing the melody in pitch without any concern about interpretation. The arrange sounds generic, yes, and I'm not fond of the drum beat. And then, after the bridge, the song just dies as the last chorus goes on. Terrible, weak ending. The song just fades out, disappears.

So, yes, me wants cover by Fiction Punktion, too (with new arrange, of course) :stars: :gimmeh:

Pv, the 1st impression: Le Portrait de Petit Cossette :ohoho: A typical japanese PV: a singing girl sitting or standing somewhere, doing weird movements :uh..:

Well, I watched it... :ohoho:

I would much appreciate a PV style like this for Kala...y'know, one with shots edited in time with the song's rhythm and some interesting movement going on instead of a bunch of static shots... :uh..:

To be honest, it's interesting how Haruna can emote so much more convincingly in the PV than she can in her actual singing performance. I suppose it stands to reason, since she was a model first and foremost.

Hmm, the guitar doesn't sound like Korechan at all. Very bland :leaf:

Seems like the arrangement was trying to imitate the classic Kajiura-sensei Piano Ending... :psst: Unfortunately, I think it completely failed. This song needs more of a Neverending-style arrangement, probably with an instrumental fadeout.

Re: Haruna Luna "Sora wa Takaku Kaze wa Utau" (Fate/Zero ED2

I don't think she's really all that bad. She may get better over the years, and she has an interesting vibrato in parts. I actually like that. (I like the little hand wave she does in the very beginning) When she's in the paintings it is cool, but the room itself is kind of creepy. lol The movement reminds me of Coraline at times, with the stop motion, so that was cool. I think it's an okay song, and now can't wait to see if there will be a cover of it by FJ or someone else, and the instrumental version. :dote:

Yes, I noticed that too! That piano ending is in lots of ballad songs of Yuki, so much i dont remember which :XD:

Well....I think I like the full song, but there are many parts that it sounds like she can't touch the low note and I barely hear her voice in those parts.. :uh..: . Besides this and her too-emotionless-ness, I'm quite ok with her singing. I like the piano in the song but I prefer more epic ending...with more instrumental/chorus..not 'fade away' like many one said before...

BTW, she made me think of Keiko...in the way that their faces are so different from their voices.... :ohoho: (I can't tell what kind of voice that I'd imagin if I merely see Haruna's face, but it isn't like her real deep&low voice... :XD: .)

I like the idea of the PV, the moving landscape and portrait in the frames is sth. intersting (really agree with Ninetales that I want sth. like this in Kalafina PV.. :XD: .) but I don't like Haruna's expression. In some parts that the song sounds sad or moving, she just express nothing or try to keep her face cute...(I prefer sth. like Hikaru's dramatic face or even just Wakana gloomy expression in those scenes.) :uh..: . The scene that she sat on a chair and singing also looks too static... :uh..: .

She's not that bad but not so good either.

I agree.

thanks for the PV! i must say i love the song, the tv-size lacks of the coherence of the full song, love the ending!!!. This time i hated the arrangement, a Yuki-only version and Kaori+Keiko/Yuriko vocal would be perfect for me.

[EDIT] now that i think about it, a male voice cover would be awesome!!! :waii: .

[EDIT2]: i just realised the PV is 04:34 minutes long, and the site lists the song's running time at 04:57, so where are those 23 lost seconds??

Official site? I think they changed the runtime or someone goofed because according to stores:
1. 空は高く風は歌う[4]
4. 空は高く風は歌う (Instrumental)[4]

thanks for the info, i thought they had chopped the song :knife:

Watched the PV...I like the song, her voice is okaaay but not amazing - it was alright in the first verse but in the chorus she sounded really...bland...like as if she was actually getting bored singing the song... :uh..: So yeah...the chorus didn't feel as epic as it could have...it was kinda underwhelming...but I still like it~

Haruna's singing aside, I still can't shake off the impression that the verse and the chorus are from two different songs or something :XD: I don't know why but that first transition from the verse to the chorus still makes me go "Wait - what?! The song switched! Oh, no it didn't..."

Thoughts whilst watching: Ha! :ohoho: She doesn't hold a candle to The Hikaru when it comes to gazing intently/angstily into the camera :plot: :plot: :ohoho:

Final thoughts: definitely want a Keiko/Kaori cover, maybe add in some Yuriko/Wakana kajiurago since there isn't any in this version
Or if Kalafina cover it, Keiko/Hikaru cover + Wakana kajiurago :sohappy:
