Ah, I did think about making 1 CD specified for the soundtrack special live but I really want all PH and Tsubasa medley songs to make their way to the tracklist. And as a Keikofag obviously I cramped as many Keiko songs as I could to my dreamlist huehue. Oh yeah I forgot about March because I don't like that song but it probably will be included anyway. Duran + Mezame are already in Shibuko special so I didn't include it. Dilematic about tears~op theme#2 and Liminality. Ah Kowz you make me ruminate my dreamlist again.
 
Rirtando, it's really good tracklist. Hope that true tracklist would be the same or similar. Kajiura surely will add stone cold, eternal blue, distance and toki no mukou ni - songs from singles. I think that the battle is to the strong would be good too.
 
Now that I think about it, a better setlist would be:

-Disc 1: vol 6, 7 and 9
-Disc 2: vol 8 and 10
-Disc 3: vol 9 instrumental
 
I want it that way but they most likely will divide the CD according to the year of the live performance. The Best of YK live 1 and Kalafina 5th anniv live selection are quite a proof, isn't it?

I said we should spam her email, but wouldn't be better to use twitter? She uses it all day. And we could use tweet longer if we want to share setlists.
 
Oh yes, but in twitter messages are dumped by newer ones so its not sure she will see them

Here's my suggestion

I WANT the 4 Kalafina songs from vol 10 since they have ORIGINAL CHORUS, she can lisence them from Sony. She can replace repeated songs from previous volumes with ones from vol#10, but I tried to pick up all unique ones.

As much as I want the Kalafina songs, she obviously can't do it. Kajiura can license all other songs even though they're published by record labels other than JVC/Flying Dog because Kajiura (as an individual/solo artist) is signed to JVC/Flying Dog. So is FJ as a group. Even though Kalafina's songs are written/composed by Kajiura, Kalafina as a vocal unit (Wakana, Keiko, Hikaru) is signed to Sony. They can't release any materials/performance to other recording label, otherwise they'll get sued for breach of contract.
 
^ but there's is contract between Kajiura and these 2 labels too, and we have seen her releasing stuff the firstly released with Victor, in the WfS which was released by Sony. Same goes with songs she covers with FJ like Houseki and Petit Cossette theme which were released with Sony but performed by FJ and then released by Victor as live performance / audio, so why not here too ?

And what about Hikaru doing chorus for Yuuka. They also perform original Kalafina songs in events that arent labeled as Kalafina's (YK lives). Is that ok too ?

Hikaru as a solo person is not signed to Sony/any record label for that matter. She is signed to Sony as a part of Kalafina, and Kalafina (as whole, 3 girls, Wakana, Keiko, Hikaru) is the one who signed to Sony.

Some of Kajiura's works are indeed released by Sony, but Kajiura herself (as writer, composer, arranger, FictionJunction) is signed to JVC/Flying Dog. Since the songs are hers to begin with, she can release the songs that originally released by Sony when she performed it in Yuki Kajiura live. Kalafina can perform songs in YK live because the songs are written, composed, and arranged by Kajiura. But Kajiura can't release Kalafina songs through Flying Dog because Kalafina is an artist signed to Sony. That's why we got the Kalafina as opening act in YK live vol.2 through Sony but the rest of the performance through Flying Dog.e

Hanae wasn't there on frenetic. only FJ. WHY. WHY. WHY. WHY. Hanae was there dammit. I hope it was only yuki88's misunderstood toublog's post though because if it wasn't I'm mad. really.

and as i browsed the thread i remember how I love @grunty's voice.

still don't care a bit about credens even with ALL singers there.

ship of fools with flute must be interesting, though.
