I think it would be better if we start with the interviews first cause when its video you have to know how its word is written ( i think ^^;) because the interviews the words are already written. :XD:

Can we publish the subs on .srt/.ssa format for those who have the video,
and I will ask oolong to use those FJ live translated mc

I can do the timing, typesetting, and even some karaoke, but I don't know japanese and can't read kanji/hiragana/katanaka :sparkleguy:
I'm part of a fansub, so I have a bit of experience, even though the timing, typesetting and karaoke aren't my job usually, I can do them.

I can sub videos...but not translate them :XD:
but I don't know how to use Aegisub, if that's what you'd use for the subtitle files...I only know how to use iMovie...
 
I'm pretty good at using aegisub, and for encoding we can use staxrip or another program. Maybe i'll try to sub a concert, given that the songs are already translated. Doing the karaoke will take at least 3 hours :blood:
Aegsub it's really easy to work on with, if you see someone using it once, you'll be able to do it yourself.

I don't think it'd be necessary to sub the concerts...maybe just the MCs? Lots of individual songs from the live concerts have already been subbed
We could sub the Lisani TV spot for Kalafina or them on Denpa Kenkyuusha @Nico Live :V:

okay~ so I was inspired by Whitecrow's fansubing group :innocent:


I am wondering whether we should make this more official. Like, maybe divide up who subs what (e.g. someone specifically subs the PVs, another any live shows, another TV appearances/MCs or something)?
We could also make a youtube account and put up the MCs, TV appearances, and try live shows and see how fast Sony takes them down
Then we could put up the sub files for concerts and PVs for download, like the white crow group did.

This is all if you guys (iirc Varete, Tsubasa) still want to do this :knife:
