Just do without the cream, then! :XD:

It'll be just a regular sort of omelette. Just that it won't be as light/fluffy as the original (although you can beat the eggs with a whisk first to fluff them up a bit before adding them straight into the pan).

^ Okay! If you think that's good, then I'll see about giving it a shot without the cream. Thanks for the recipe!

I'll definitely have to find more chances to do it again, though! :XD:

(And this one shown on the page before was Ver. 2. Not much changes in the recipe, only presentation was improved.)

Regrettably, I'm out of capellini for now. :imdead:

Thread revival.....with some of my latest adventures... :plot:

Marinated mushrooms (antipasti). Best served chilled on brioche toast or crostini. Amazing!

Linguine with a creamy Angus ragu.

(Served @ my workplace) Crostata di agrumi (lemon tart). Served with wild berry compote and crushed pistachio/almond mix. (This was made by one of our trainee chefs on that day...so it's still a WIP... :psst:)

(Served @ another restaurant) Panna Cotta. Served with a sliced pepper preserve and slice of Amaretti biscotti. Delicious!

^ Thank you, Eddie and Cerise!

It's a dish that can be done easily at home and tastes best if made a few days in advance (as I have) and served well chilled.

If you guys are interested, I can post the recipe! :XD:

No picture yet but I bought a 1 litre container of sour cherry nectar from the Turkish restaurant here in Yanaka yesterday.
