Complain about all!

Found a second fruit/vegetable that is better and cheaper in Australia than Japan (Chinese gooseberry or kiwifruit, even though most sold in shops in Australia are from New Zealand). Bought some that turned out to be tough and unripe today in Ueno station. (The other is carrots, very good in Australia, more expensive and less plentiful in Japan).
 
So that stinking rotten bastard who hit Hua Ni only got a lecture. He keeps his job. Faith in the panda authority destroyed. :...:

Discipline? WTH has Hua Ni (the baby panda) done to warrant it? She was just wanting to play! I've seen Yuan Zai get a wagging finger, tops for discipline. Not 5-6 slaps to her head and her sensitive nose. :bloodlust:
 
Why am I so paranoid all the time at night? I mean, I locked all the doors, you can get through the windows. I just wish I could be alone and not worry so much. I am fine during the day for the most part. Stupid anxiety.
 
My old pc apparently has a dead video card after some power disruptions while I was away and I was too tired to take it to a dealer with a second-hand spare until tomorrow.
 
Sooo, back is hurting so bad. Switching to a different med at the end of the week, but right now I am in agony. I cried at the dr's office in front of a cute guy too! Ugh... I hope I can survive this week. I am getting a massage tomorrow but last time I had one from her I got kind of queasy from it. I think it's because I did not eat enough so I will make sure to this time. Also I have to take care of two dogs this week. They wouldn't go out for me today, well, it was snowing and rainy so they did not want to go out, but they were afraid of me kind of. Especially Charlie the biggest one. Bailey warmed up to me a bit after giving her a treat, but I hope they behave for me this week. I don't like dogs all that much. I am a cat person truly.
 
Yesterday the silicone jacket for the camera that I had borrowed for the trip to Japan split. I managed find out that the local spare parts dealer had a replacement and just made it there after the car's air-conditioner compressor unit seized up. I telephoned my usual mechanic and he confirmed that it was the compressor so that the car was still drivable, and the roadside assistance found no further problems, but it will be expensive to get the air-conditioning fixed.
 
I put off this essay till literally the day it's due -___-
The problem is, I still have no idea what I'm trying to argue. And I feel like I keep hitting a wall whenever I start writing. orz.
Oh well. The first essay for this class I thought about the same thing but I ended up getting an A so I guess I should just stop trying to think about it and write.
 
Tomorrow's going to be a loooong day. After the fiasco with important stuff being lost in the post already, I'm delivering a job application form tomorrow by hand...to London. :vortex:

As the old saying goes: if you want something done properly, you have to do the damn thing yourself!

After getting the old computer's motherboard replaced, I found that both the serial port on it and the serial port on my old but very expensive dial-up modem were faulty (a second-hand modem of the same model is on ebay for USD$300).
 
THE CEILING FAN IS MAKING THE MOST ANNOYING NOISE AND I AM SO VERY CLOSE TO THROWING SOMETHING AT IT
 
^lol I remember at ACen my room made a clicking noise. I thought it was the lights above the bed, which I think it was. But it was driving me mad too. (Granted I did not sleep much that trip anyways because I was so excited for Kala, but still) And the planes flying over did not help.

Made it through today but now I am in a lot of pain of course. My niece is getting too big to be picked up anymore. heh Only 2 more days, 2 more days... until new meds that will hopefully help. *fingers crossed* Also, it's been so busy I haven't had much time to do the art work I want. I hope I can finish Xmas presents in time.
 
An annoying flu...

My cough is getting worse by the day that my colleagues are asking if I want to go on medical leave. On my first week.
 
My friends are acting like they know what having social anxiety is like and its pissing me off
 
Feel better Casa! Luckily I have not had that yet, but I need to get the shot. I think I do have a cold though.

My skin gets so dry after a shower. I put cream on right away, and then again later. And I still itch. Ugh. Also I am on a new med for my back and it hasn't helped much yet. I am still in pain. It's only the 2nd day, but still, it's supposed to work quickly. Probably going to have to up it on the dose and I don't like doing that.
 
I managed to leave my hat somewhere in the last 24 hours, and after retracing my steps, asking at places where I've been I still haven't found it /-:.
 
Thanks Liana! Am feeling much better now, cough is still there but less and my phlegm is no longer green but white, thank heaven.

Am I doing alright? I want to ask my colleagues that but I'm worried what they'll think of me.
 
So much for the 'Christmas spirit'...there was the typical rude person shouting about someone who apparently had jumped the queue in my local post office today. "Why won't anyone speak up about it?!" she shouted. Er, because that person had arrived before the rest of us so we wouldn't have known if they'd jumped the queue or not? :glower:

Honestly, it annoys me when young people get accused of being rude, lazy and selfish when older people are often the ones who seem to be acting obnoxious and ignorant like this. If the post office hired more people at busy times of year (hey, lots of people are posting stuff at Christmas! Who would've guessed?!), we wouldn't have had to queue for so long!
