Yuki Kajiura to compose for "Hanako to Anne" TV drama

I am really liking the show so far. About halfway through. I did not like Miss Blackburn at first, but I guess everyone gets that impression. heh She's so funny when she stares at Hana. (Especially when she stared out the window smiling awkwardly at her.) Hana's father is funny too. The music is really sweet. I can't wait to hear the songs by themselves too.

Oh, also how far away from Tokyo (if I am hearing that right, where she is at school) are they? The family I mean, I know Hana and her dad had to take the train to get there, but I just wanted to know, if anyone knows.

The school was in Kofu, about 131 km or 80 miles west of Tokyo. These days trains cover the distance in about 1 hour 50 minutes for limited express and 2 hours 50 minutes for "local" ie stop all stations.
 
^Ah I see, yeah I heard Kofu too, so I was just confused. Thanks.

And I thought I saw Yuki's pic with someone at the end of an episode, I think it was the 7th or something. Can't remember since I accidently went out of the video before making sure. Does anyone have that pic?
 
Darn, I am all caught up now. heh

Love the dulcimer songs. They are so pretty. My mom actually has one and has played it before. Might bring it out again.
 
^Thanks, will watch it tonight. And wow... that is a lot. yes, I was laughing too, but will she be expelled for it? Hmm. I do not like Hayama, she needs to be slapped.

Edit: Just watched the episode. I like the violin/guitar (is it a guitar?) at the end. Hope there is a longer version in the next episode. Also saw this today and thought of Hana right away lol:

Hehe the preview for the next ep looks good. Romeo and Juliet though? Hmm. (Wonder how the music will be during the play?) Thanks for always posting the vids!
 
There was just that new song in the beginning right when all the soldiers were walking past? Or was that in the last one? I can't remember. Anyways, I liked it.
