And they most likely will never perform Gatherway live, no matter how much we want to hear it not that I want to hear it too LOL
 
^That. I'm not really fond of it, but I wish we could see it live once. But I guess that just won't happen. The only chance of live Gatherway is if it is included as a bonus in FJ's album, and it would still be a very slim poossibility.

I got tired of Salva Nos really quickly lol Kajiura could make a whole brand new setlist and I'd have no problems with it.

Don't get me wrong, though, if I had to choose between an "oldies" setlist and a brand-new one, I'd always choose the latter. Especially if it had Keiko singing Fields of Hope :orz:
 
Personally, I'd rather have a cover of Shinkai no Kodoku.

Really never cared about Fields of Hope that much
 
^ I suppose Shinkai no Kodoku would be nice too...especially if Yuuka sang it, since Kawashima's voice seems to be a lot like Yuuka's.

But still, something tells me that Keiko's Fields of Hope would be a real tear-jerker :touched:

I love guitar, I like Korenaga, but I rever really cared about his ending solo to salva nos. I do like this song hell a lot, though. I think I would keep it in the setlist, in the "classics section".
 
^ I think I've got a sentimental attachment to his endings, since the Vol. 2 one was when I first realized he existed. Plus it gives him a chance to stand out a bit, rather like Ongaku always does. Aside from my Korechan fangirling, though, I agree about SN itself. :XD:

While I hadn't known his name before that, I paid attention to him since Slipstream and Calling whose guitar solos jump high-pitched and intence enough to get close to Mike Oldfield's. :shy: Although I used to think he's been with Yuki for a long time, so after hearing Calling I thought, "Wow, what an improvement since Houseki" :desksweat: :XD:
 
Well, it was before I learnt that the original Houseki guitar solo was played by another person. :XD: Korenaga plays it differently in the lives and on Everlasting Songs, and it's also so much better. :dote:
 
^ I still maintain that his Vol. 2 Houseki solo is one of the only times (if not the only time) that he's made his guitar weep. As melodramatic as that sounds :TdT:
 
^As a guitar player/admirer, I understand what you mean :XD: And indeed, Houseki solos are awesome. I guess he was driven by Keiko's singing in vol.#2. In vol.#4, they did great, but with less dose of overflowing emotion. But one moment I like a lot from Korenaga is the guitar crying during sprinter's line "naite...sakende...kiete yuku bokura wa". He made the guitar match the lyrics with mastery :TdT:

Alright, I'll stop the flooding about Korenaga :XD:

I agree. Actually, can I just say that I agree with anything positive you might have to say about his playing and leave it at that? :XD:

I can't help but wonder what the instrumental day's going to be like...is there finally going to be a string quartet, or is it just going to be the front band? :confu:
 
Hmm, you got me wondering. At first, I would bet there would be only the FB, but it would be kinda pointless to make an instrumental concert and run tons of playbacks. I don't bet, but they might bring a string quartet this time. I hope.
