Yuki Kajiura LIVE vol #9 DVD/BD announced!!!

Can anyone please help me confirm the blu-ray audio is only in stereo PCM? Thanks!

This logic is really strange, since imo all performances are suitable for DVD release, unless she means that in some of them they didnt performed well enough. Setlists like the vol #5 ones are just perfect http://canta-per-me.net/live-events/2010-yk5-2-2/
 
^ Maybe it is not a matter of performance, but I think it is because of complicated copyright matters. I guess then the ones to blame are those who also own the music aside from Yuki (ex. NHK for Historia Closing theme) *not totally sure though*

lotus and let the starts fall down: Nice, but I think that Hanae lacked voice power compared to the CD ver of the songs. I really like the part where she sung together with Yuriko. :dote:

everytime you kissed me and I reach for the sun: The main difference I have to notice in these 2 is the improvement in the pronounciation of the vocalists.

eternal blue and distance are much better than the August 31 live that was streamed, just Kaori's voice in eternal blue sounded kind of nasal :confu:

sayonara solitia: Can't compare with the Aug 31 live now but I think that this performance was better too.
kaze no machi e: same as above.
toki no mukou ni same as above.
paradise regained: really calming ans sweet. As good as the CD ver, but with better harmonies :dote:
Credens justitiam: Wow I really love the harmonies they do during the song! :dote: But I was expecting more Yuriko on this :XD:
L.A: I think I prefer Masahiko Todo's violin compared to Konno's in this one. The vocals as as good as the CD ver.
Himeboshi: I really liked that it was duet between Hane and Keiko. But one of the 2 had the microphone too close to the mouth and was creating noise to the recording during the high notes :XD:
Duran Shoukan: Just EPIC!! :nosebleed: :nosebleed: I was surprised when Yuriko appeared at the top :XD:
Mezame: Really nice, but I dont like that the FJ girls cover Hanae's voice in the most parts :cry: , I would prefer it it was with less vocalists eg Hanae Yuriko Keiko, loved the Hanae high part near the end :dote:
stone cold: perfect performance! Is the guitar solo new? really like it (and also that Keiko jumped at some point :XD: )
MC2: was that joke about Yuki calling Wakana "oji-chan" or something ? :confu: Kaori reaction "Hm? what they laugh about? Oh let me laugh a bit too just for the camera" :XD:
Sweet song I Just LOVE Kaori's performance in this song (and her pronounciation) :love: the other girls do a pretty good job on chorus.
Hikari no Yukue: As good as the Aug 31 performance.
Parallel Hearts: I feel like this performance is more dynamic compared with the older performances of the same song. :dote:

everlasting song: I like how they put Asuka to wear white dress to make sure people see her :XD: Her voice has impoved so much since the single release :dote: I wonder how many times she has to read the lyrics since she has to sing it 7 years :XD: I think this was the best perforamnce of this song so far, the intro part was better performed too.
zodical sign: I miss Konno's huge violin solo on this. Alternate bass solo this time.
In MC3 She talks about how she liked opera during her school days, and she's joking about how Konno isnt there I think.

Just watched a few songs and so far "I SWEAR" is the best performace! Keiko's voice is yummy :nosebleed: I got goosebumps while watching it! And her English has gotten better! She's such an amazing person. Oh I'm falling in love :shy:

Just my observation, what's wrong with Kaori's eyes? It looks like she just cried or didn't get enough sleep?

Yuki can be heard more clearly and louder in this version of Zodiacal Sign :sohappy:

I got goosebumps over Mezame at the ending part, Hanae suddenly sang very high caught me unexpected :ohoho:

Agree with grunty with all above. Wakana doesn't sound like herself for me in my long forgotten cloistered sleep.

Duran Shoukan is just the awesomest track from this concert.

I'm not a big fans of Himeboshi but I really like this version. Keiko's harmony in Himeboshi is somehow better than when Wakana sang the melody.

And my love for Keiko is now even deeper than before. Although I prefer live vol.7 I swear than this one
