fictionjunction and fictionjunction yuuka perform separately and don't join together often. yk live vol. 4 is evidence of the split, with yuuka as the solo act and fj as the group act. the exceptions i can think of are angel gate live and that one performance of nowhere, but yuuka doesn't sing in fj singles. i still consider yuuka as a possible candidate to be the 5th singer.

since yuuka is a soloist type,i think she's seperated.i also hope yuuka joins in

I agree with Murrue, I would love to see FictionJunction perform Lacrimosa. It'll be the best, I can just imagine it.

I can imagine it too, because it's very predictable. Wakana & Keiko on their usual spot, Yuriko and Kaori in Kajiuran *Kaori might sing the "takigi to nari itsuka,sono sora o yakitsukusou", the only line Hikaru has on that song*
maybe this is why Yuki88 said that it's ridiculous, and for me it is too. FJ sings Kalafina's song or Kalafina sing FJ song is ridiculous.If Kalafina sings FJ songs they just could place Hikaru on Kaori's spot and Wakana could replace Yuriko's. If FJ sings Kalafina's song, they could just put Kaori in Hikaru's part and Yuriko as extra supporting one.

^atleast i know that point.it's pretty obvious that hikaru-kaori, wakana-yuriko could always exchange parts on FJ-Kalafina songs.but did you forget that a song can always be re-arranged?i don't think i posted something ridiculous up there.or she could have somewhat be cautious with her choice of words coz i'm not here to offend anyone.i also have the right to express what i think (as you also have the right) and not in a sarcastic or arrogant manner coz i think that's more ridiculous

And if you get mad because of my post, I'm sorry. I believe that you didn't post a ridiculous post, but maybe it sounded a bit ridiculous because it's really predictable. I didn't forget that the song could be re-arranged, but because FJ and Kalafina have 2 same vocalists (Wakana and Keiko) that take lead part in lacrimosa, I didn't think that if FJ sings that song, Kajiura would use different vocalist because listeners already settled with Wakana and Keiko for lacrimosa.

The only problem is, like what I've posted before, FJ and Kalafina have 2 same vocalist so it's near impossible for Kajiura to re-arrange the song with different vocalist.
Kajiura only add the English stanza and re-arrange Chiaki's aaaaa in Anna ni Issho so it's not a re-arranged version after all

I think that depends on the song. And Yuki can even redistribute vocals within Kalafina (as it was with two versions of Kimi ga Hikari ni Kaete Yuku). Not to mention Everlasting Songs which featured a lot of FJ-adapted songs (Here We Stand in the Morning Dew also had Yuriko from the start ).

^ Speaking of Here We Stand, I'd love to hear more Chiba Saeko songs from FJ someday. Personally I think the songs in Everything are some of the happiest and sweetest Kajiura-sensei's ever written - Wednesday Morning, My Song, and (We Are So) Together are some of my favorites. If they can't sing old See-Saw songs (would I love to hear Kakurenbo live someday...), then maybe they can sing Chiba Saeko songs instead!

I just wish there was more hope that any of our ideas would actually HAPPEN in a concert

But while Saeko seems to have quit singing career a while ago, Chiaki apparently hasn't. So as long as I'm alive, I will hope for another See-Saw recording.
btw, if Eri or Rie Akagi can appear as guests at lives, why can't Chiaki, someday?

Good point. I'd love to see that someday, especially if Chiaki duets with FJ on some epic Kajiurago songs. Her voice would probably fit very well in Zodiacal Sign, where Kaori usually solos...

See-Saw saw song dont have kajiurago at all in general, kajiurago were first used in Aquarian Age OSTs (I think) [.hack had english songs while Noir had various understandable languages and voice samples]

kajiurago were first used in FJY songs for Gundam (I think)

Didn't Aquarian Age air earlier than Gundam SEED? I always assumed it was the first OST Yuki used Kajiurago in.

Oh, sorry, I explained it wrong I mean after the more operatic singing. Just before the first line starts, there's a chorus that sounds something like "Calling you and calling out in love". I think Chiaki's singing that, but I could be wrong...

yuki is a musician herself isn't she?and my great dislike for piano disappeared coz of her (i love the way she plays the piano).she's as good as the classical artists,maybe bcoz they have a great influence on her. .and that's why it was "modern day virtuoso" it's still greatness.don't you like her instrumentals?i fell deeply in love with it

lol..I didn't against Yuki as a pianist, but her role as a music composer is more outstanding..(as well as all names you sited..lol.) That's why I wonder about your signature.. whether it's the praise for her as a music composer or a musician... .
