Why am I not surprised? The event wasn't promoted well and ticket sales were abysmal. And seriously, who was going to attend an event dedicated solely to SAO? Should've been held in a smaller venue and not so soon after the holidays.

Well, they would be doing something for the Japanese people who had bought tickets, and the overseas people deserve the goods as much as anyone else who bought tickets, so it would be worth raising a fuss if Aniplex USA refuse.

In this case isnt the "oversea" term refering to Japanese, since the concert would be held in US ?
Besides that announcement is in english.
