1. how many ppl are going to sing
2. like tsuba said: vocal range

3. how many ppl can hear the harmonies and can sing it. [don't know if you want to sing harmonies]
4. who sounds well with an other person

I think when george1234 (I think he's the project leader, no? xD) closes the "casting". than the song can be divided.
 
Or everyone can record whatever they want/can and whoever is editing/mixing it decides what to do with it (lol trashbin). :P

I'm fine with singing harmonies, though I'm not sure with whom I could sound well. :desksweat:
 
yes grunty's idea is the other way to divide it (who is going to mix/edit it? :XD:)

I can try and do the violin part right after the Kajiurago and then sing either after that or before, the Kajiurago at that part is higher, and my voice can go pretty high. heh :shy:
 
To be honest, i personally have no idea how to do sound mixing so I guess someone else has to do it, but who ?

About the casting thing I am waiting to see if Kerahna, grunty and stormy panda are going to sing [EDIT: All 3 said yes! :)], and if other people want. Also undergroundpyjama is thinking of playing the bass for the song and / or sing so I am waiting for her decision as well.
 
if theres enough people we can have 1 line each XD
it wont be good if it sounds like there's only 3 or 4 people singing most of the song
