I have reached Yuki nirvana
Guys, don't go about buriyng this project yet. official breakups are called official because they are announced officially... I'm positive we'll still hear of FJY, be it a separate single or a b-side.

In fact I think the new style, how ever un-Kajiura-like, is quite a fresh attempt and I'm willing to give it a shot. There were earlier complaints that Kajiura's songs are getting repetitive and always the same, and now she comes up with something new and it's not well-received. Can't please everyone, as pointed out by Nick's article
Nick Hunter said:American alt rock? dunno about that. Yuki doesn't seem much into writing clear rock songs, she just borrows some concepts (like with all she does - she said herself she doesn't usually choose styles and genres elaborately). And I Swear doesn't sound like rock to me... unless you consider it some kind of "soft rock" a-la Coldplay. But it sounds fresh, indeed, and I only welcome it. But some people don't... no matter how many complaints the world might have already heard about Yuki Kajiura being "repetitive". The story of our lives...

Meh, it's still Yuki so I'll probably end up loving it all after I listen to the whole thing a few times.
