i like eternal blue (from what we've heard so far) as well. i like the smoothness and the vocals. please, full version: be even nicer :shy:

both b-sides are boring :leaf: . Hitorigoto gave me the same feeling than FJY's "Hikari Sabaku".

Honestly kinda like Nohara in a way, more oriental-sounding and... honestly the saxophone was kinda random :desksweat:

I agree about the saxophone being random, but I'm liking the song so far. It's still so far away from the release date though! :XD:

I hope there's like a saxophone solo later in the song so it wouldn't be as random :nosebleed:

i like yuuka's promo pic.she looks mature
what is happening?why everybody's changing. (their looks)

Well, I gave in and listened to the sample :XD:

It's actually not as bad as I thought it'd be. I really don't see why Keiko doesn't sing it, because unless the chorus is beyond her range, she could definitely sing what Kaori's singing here :confu:

But anywho, it's nice and relaxing. Reminds me of something I'd hear in Sears or Macy's or any of those stores that play light jazz :ohoho:

The saxophone is quite random, showing up out of nowhere. But I have a sneaking feeling there'll be a solo later. Hey, at least it's not that manic sax like in the original version of In the Land of Twilight... :psst:

I have slightly higher hopes now, I think. And I'm still not going to listen to Stone Cold :innocent:

I can't open the sample at all...Orz....have downloaded, but neither winamp nor window media player can open it.

^i opened the link but it was blank
i'll try again, i hope it works this time coz i ran out of patience after trying so hard :blood:

post edited: still not working for me

^ try opening it on WMP or VLC player if you have. It worked on mine after using VLC :sparkleguy:

^It's a download link. It won't bring you to any other webpage. When I clicked that link, there is a pop-up window asking me to download it (like when you click "click here to start download...." from mediafire place.. :XD: ). You may have some download tools or some firewall setting in your computer that prevent you from downloading it. I think you can click right mouse at the link and choose "save target as" to fix this problem.

When you finish downloading that file, just play it in winamp. The security system may ask your permission again when you try to play it on winamp (and you need to connect to the internet when you play it as well). If it asks you nothing and don't allow you to play that file, you may need to change security settings in your computer..(I couldn't play it at first because it's blocked by my firewall... :uh..: )

Ok...now let me talk about the song..Orz...Kiseki's b-side is quite plain for me...not interested at all... :uh..: .

As for Hitorigoto...the melody of the song doesn't sounds much jazzy for me...what makes it's jazz-like is just the sax voice...without the sax voice, it's just an ordinary FJ ballad..

I think I like it more than Nohara or Hitomi no Chikara, but the worst thing is I don't like brass.... :blood: ... but it's just my personal taste.., like someone here don't like flute or violin...(if I can have a without-sax version...I think I would like it more...T_T . (can audacity do that..? I wonder...lol.))

Another thing is...after listening to it so many times...I feel that Stone Cold makes me 'tired' when I listen to it. Not just because of the length.., but it's also because it's an upbeat&fast-speed song... comparing to Hikari no Senritsu which is also a long song, that one is more relax and doesn't make me so tired like this.. I think that it'd be better if it's shorter..XP.

^ I'd prefer if Kajiura is actually using erhu again in Hitorigoto but... :TdT:

^i'm trying all of your suggestions as of the moment.i hope it works

finally!i was able to listen to Hitorigoto only when i used Internet explorer.i wonder what's wrong with my opera this time
:desksweat:

Hitorigoto - it has a Jazzy taste on it but it's not really jazz in entirety.the saxophone doesn't sound random to me as well.i've listened to jazz and mellow songs with saxophone parts quite a lot, so in my humble opinion it's not random,i can't say if it's doing the counter melody.i'm okie with kaori being the lead vocalist in it,but keiko sure would be nice since her voice range fits the song :ohoho: . .the slow intimidating alto sax parts remind of Whitney Houston songs.

:plot:

Hitorigoto :nosebleed: Kaori :nosebleed:
But also Wakana at the end of the sample. And Yuriko background voice. Then, b-side: Yuuka, Keiko and Kaori. Yuriko and Wakana left.

Yuuka's Kiseki was used as insert-ending song >_< I hope they used correctly for the next episodes, no madokamagicawannabe. And the yokoku music is Kiseki instrumental, lol. And the cover is really bleh, it seems that Anata to Watashi no Uta is the main song of the single, I can't relate the cover and the kiseki.

Just got to listen to Hitorigoto now. It seems to be a nice song, although I find it kinda sad that it's not Keiko or Kaida (Kaori in a sense already dominated stone cold, so maybe they could try another person in this particular song). Anyway, gotta wait for the full version in order to talk more clearly about the song.
