Well, that "deliver the episode by April" part is soothing my pain. :touched: At least it doesn't sound any different from the suggested "March 31" broadcast date we've been morally preparing ourselves for. The post might also suggest that they will stream the episode instead of broadcasting it. Well, the TV stations would surely find it troubling to change the schedule a hundred times in accordance with the production progress. Come to think of it, there's even a possibility of them dropping the show completely - it will be rebroadcast on another channel anyway, won't it? On the other hand, Madoka is too high-rated to let go, and besides, MBS is sponsoring it AFAIK.
Ganbatte, Shaft... you don't imagine how many pairs of eyes are looking your way now. :TdT:

EDIT: Puella Wiki gives a slightly different translation - that "slightly" is estimated as "finish airing the series WITHIN April". So far, even hoping for next week's online/TV/whatever broadcast might be a bit too hasty. :white:

TV episodes ok, but the BD/DVD? So OST2 in summer, or the same release date as Hokuto OST2. Standalone soundtrack CD is the solution, but they're just vampires...

Basically, when the earthquake hit, Shinbo was holding the whole completed episode in one hand, flicking through it to make sure the animation was smooth, and a cup of coffee in the other. The inevitable happened, and the episode was completely saturated.

It's most likely to be packed with a later volume, and those are defined for now, although Vol 6 is expected around September. :vortex: But hey, maybe it will be Vol 4 at least...
I strongly agree with you about the standalone OST, but... it's Sony being Sony. :knife:

Apparently, Shaft is hoping to conclude the series by mid-April. If everything goes as planned... then the deadline they set is April 14 (I'm basing it on the schedule we're used to, but there's no guarantee for it :XD: ). Then, episode 11 should arrive around April 8 at latest? :ayashii: I hope it will be soonerm but let's pray they wrap up in THESE terms at least. :TdT:
Of course, there MAY be a way to hasten the broadcast... ／人◕ ‿‿ ◕人＼ But I'd rather wait. :ohoho:

^If comparing to NGE stuf...hmm...the idea in NGE is not new, but it's exactly the main believe in Hindu religion. (3x3eyes directly applied this idea for its finale as well.) Madoka's witch form is slightly different than NGE's plot and is more far from the Hindu's stuff and IMO, it's more creative. Both of them just yields the same result - eyeryone would be happy like being in the heaven, but the process are different.

It's interesting, I assumed they would have to be identical in appearance... But hey, it's Hanokage, his designs are overall notably different from those in PMMM. Maybe that's exactly the issue here? :XD:
Btw, I didn't see any pics yet, but people keep talking about a black cat spotted in Kazumi's house... yes, THE black cat that appears briefly with Madoka in the OP and in some official arts as well. :ayashii:
 
Wasn't Oriko Magica supposed to be released AFTER Madoka ends airing?

If Oriko Magica release date is now... APRIL 12th, it means Madoka ends on April 8th? :ayashii:

but I remember the talks about the manga being delayed... the publisher is obviously uncertain about the new date (since it's not clear when the series itself finishes). I guess Amazon is just keeping the old date until further notice... :uh..:
Still, I can't help hoping that episode 11 will air this week, regardless of how futile it may be... :TdT:

In the interim:
- a WINning Madoka cosplay
- a disturbingly hilarious Homura comic :plot:
- presumably a chart of different Chinese sub groups to every episode. "Disturbingly hilarious" no longer manages to describe it... :ohoho:

1. Urobuchi said that he was tormenting himself, EDITED: "After finishing last episode script, I thought when I saw Heart-Catch precure's beautiful story-line, 'is my heart really that dirty, ". From his way of saying, bad ending is almost inevitable.
2. All the action scenes were never written by Urobuchi, it was all done by Shaft's conti. Also, Urobuchi said 'battle scene in 11th episode' (aka. last battle) was entirely done by Shaft staff's creativity.
3. Someone said that there is possibility that Kyuubey at the end actually say 'SORRY' to the characters. Of course, response to that is mostly negative. "KYUUBEY CANT BE FORGIVEN".
4. Urobuchi said he might have to apologize to the fans... >_>... for what, for the UROBUCHI ENDING?...

I think the Eva case is rare...most of anime movie sequels are continuing or special parts of the series, not the remake..right..?

So now the rumours have it that the last problem actually lies in re-inserting the episodes into MBS & Co's schedules. :ayashii:
My suggestion: either TV channels give Madoka a green light and a timeslot NOW, or Shaft lets them suck their thumbs and streams the episodes online. both in a bunch, preferably *is bricked* :psst:
