about my quest to eat all the strange soft ice cream flavors in Japan. Aosa soft ice cream. Aosa is green seaweed, usually served in miso soup. I encountered this in Mie prefecture, near Toba. Surprisingly good and the aosa blended well with the vanilla ice cream.
Onion soft ice cream. I have no idea what this tastes like because I wasn't brave enough at the time. Missed my chance as I never saw it again. Seize the moment, people!
