Me too. She doesn't need to do anyything extreme to create content.
She can even do what Hikaru does talking about her day and stuff, and we'll still support her with likes and comments.
I wonder if she perhaps after the busy period with SH+FJ at the same time and other projects, she decided she was happy with taking less. She only gave birth now, but I'm going to assume the partner has been there for a while, so perhaps she wanted to have a bit more personal time and perhaps not having to play the pretend forever single act constantly.

Well, I can understand needing private time, and I think that's best for her and her new family.
I do think that she still needs to nurture her fanbase and to have taken advantage of big events like YKL and KajiFes (and the recent Revo reunion, if she had been able to attend) to use the popularity of those shows (and her being highlighted in them) to draw attention to build her subscribers on socials, including YouTube (if successful, that's another potential source of income for her, that is not moderated by any agency).
I mean, look at how Hikaru rightfully positioned her January live around Kalafina reunion and after KajiFes, where she got a lot of buzz for her performances, to draw longtime fans who have missed to connect with her personal creative output, away from Kalafina/Kajiura. That's how it's done.
Someone like Rin/Gemie from Sawano project, left music for 2 1/2 years to do a normal job after ending with Aldious, but left the job in February this year to restart her music career without institutional support, as a freelancer. She's taking advantage of the love many have for her AoT songs and is singing them in daily lives (and other requests) and always highlights that she's the one who sang the songs.
Many fans of the anime still don't know who sang it, but I've seen them ask and be curious about her. I am sure many of them are finding her one by one..

Yes but its normal. When my sister gave birth to her children, she also gained a bit of weight on her cheeks. But later it decreases so everything is fine

I just had to share a screenshot. She's looking LOVELY!!! I wish she could spare the time to just do a 10-minute check-in with her fans once a week, if possible.
I liked the set and the red color. Reminded me of her "Miezaru no Ude" dress and just gave a vibe to the video. Also the video quality, audio and everything was nice. Good to see her collaborator as well.
I wish she had streaming tickets (maybe in the future). Gemie who I mentioned earlier set up different kinds of ticketing systems for her upcoming June 8 live, including streaming tickets for overseas (or remotely-located) fans.

I think he's going to be her accompanist on an instrument? That's what it seems like, so maybe an acoustic live. Just 90 minutes so nothing too heavy.

That is sad. I am sure she knows about her Asian fans having gone to do shows there over the year, but I also think she did a show in Germany once or something. Maybe Kaori feels that anisong is what is popular in the West and other places and Kajiura is the one that has fans out there. Maybe she only thinks she has diehard Japanese fans because her songs were mostly for Japanese games, so only they would know her...
Hmmm. Hikaru caters to English-speaking fans from time to time (yes, still sparingly). Keiko knows she has fans from everywhere, so she just puts out content. Her Keiko's Room with the covers especially was a solid strategy from her team, as it brought in a lot of people who got to subscribe, waiting for Keiko to sing something new again, from week to week.
Kaori has seemingly only been staying on Twitter and locked into the Japanese-language part of it, so there's no way she would know what's happening elsewhere. If she was on YouTube or Instagram, and even if she only posted in Japanese language and didn't translate anything (IG would do it for her), she would still get engagement (likes, comments, follows) from foreign fans. I think she's always underestimated herself somewhat. That's my feeling about her.
Kaori has one of the strongest potentials in terms of charisma, looks, and singing ability to engage non-Japanese fans. Belting as a vocal technique/expression is beloved in many parts of the world and she's the best at doing it in a more pop/rock style among all the Kajiura singers.

She should just get a trustworthy social media manager and allow the person to set up and manage her YT and a new IG account for her. She can keep Twitter private. Just photos from Kaori would get traction. 
She can even promote her old music, including photos clips and so on, on IG. That older music is already reflected on her YouTube through the algorithm populating her channel, which is good.

Kaori needs a heavy song that is less pop and has rock/metal elements. A showcase for her strong vocals (long held notes, vibrato) against heavier instrumentals. Something slower and more brooding, not Hikaru's fast anisong rock.

The biggest problem is that i do not know how good her ability to read latin alphabet (the alphabet which in the west is used mostly) is. It would be great if there is a mediator who is able to communicate between her and her fans in overseas.She should just get a trustworthy social media manager and allow the person to set up and manage her YT and a new IG account for her. i Remember she used to have the best english accent among Kajiura's japanese singers (before joelle shows up) so im sure she knows english at least.

Yes that's why I find it so sad that she rarely responds to her english speaking fans (otherwise I think she is more loyal to the people closest to her). I would be glad if she would sooner see that she has fans around the world but for this she must take the possibility to interact outside her comfort zone
