That is indeed Kaori...don't really know what game/anime is that

Its so good to see more and more works from Kaori. She doing better in she solo career.
And this is a great song :)
 
It's a song for Pachinko Slot machine (google it if you dunno what it is) of Urusei Yatsura 2. The song itself is composed/arranged by Ozawa Takumi (lol she's working with lotsa kajiura utahime eh?) and sung by (ofc) our beloved Oda Kaori.

If the image is correct, it must be a game (?) from Urusei Yatsura. The song is quite generic.
