Kalafina's 17th single "Ring your Bell"

I see the misterioso similarities too. o.0

It's not growing on me yet though, shall wait for the legit version. :)

First off, this was a pretty meaty preview/sample of Ring Your Bell, so thanks!

That said, I'm glad that Ring Your Bell doesn't just sound like a Believe rip off, which sounded like a Heavenly Blue rip off haha. I like the overall change in mood from what's been released as of late.

I guess the only thing is that it sounds kind of disjointed to me. It kind of jumps from idea to idea, phrase to phrase in a way that feels unnatural. But still very much enjoying what I'm hearing and I'm sure I'll like it better once I've heard the whole thing.

The release with a vinyl is very interesting too, though I'm not really a vinyl collector. I like seeing them change things up with their releases and it's good to see that apparently they're big enough/been around long enough to warrant this kind of unique release.

Hm it indeed has the same mood as Mirai - Misterioso, but its melody is more catchy, it has better harmonies, and the bridge is better connected to the rest of the song. If you except that it gets kinda repeatitive a bit bfore the bridge, its well done. I like :)

btw, that's not just sample :XD:

I think that if Yuki had put accordion in it too it would be much more original, since it that instrument can be very festive.

Thanks George.

What do they sing after RING YOUR BELLLL? I think I heard sun or song.

Ring your bell, hello the sun? hue

Here is a nice upbeat ballad! Still I'm not very comfortable with the sudden crescendo in the middle of the refrain (or bridge?) but I think I'll be able to get used to it ^^

One thought for Hikaru-chan, happily she sounds more decent than I feared reading the feedbacks on the Budokan event topic :nosebleed:

For me Ring your bell is really pretty and better then Misterioso. RYB reminds me a little Eden, Hikari no Senritsu... :stars:

Thanks for the sample. Agree with grunty, the song is really bland. It has no dynamic, I don't even know when the chorus starts because the song went just like that and the melody lines are zzz. no Keiko solo either.

I hope someone will post 'far on the water' sample later.

We have our disagreements, you know. :XD: for example, I love progressive and Yane no Mukou ni, grunty does not. I love Alleluia to death, grunty not so much. grunty likes some Shikata songs that I personally found weird. it's not I'm always in tune with what he says, 'kay?

Thanks for the preview^^

Nothing stand out particularly in this new track, I'll wait for a better version to judge.
