So they had decent photos and went for those shitty covers... okay. It really was Amateur Design Hour at Sony.

TIME FOR TYRA BANKS JUDGING!

Personally I don't like Wakana in the Animate one. Really like her in HMV - it's simple but it works with wind in her hair, I also like how "messy" she looks on Softmap.

Keiko is kind of bad IMHO (apart from Animate) - the poses she does (Toranoana, HMV) and the way the dress fits her (Softmap) are awkward to me.

Hikaru is giving me jewelry modeling 101 on Animate, lol, but I think she looks very cute in HMV and Softmap.

Wakana looks drop-dead SEXY

I could hardly even recognise her she looked that good. Like, "that's Hikaru, that's Keiko, so that other woman MUST be Wakana"

I forgot that Toranoana recently started offering proxy-included services. I should've remembered it after having a discussion about various anime stuff a while ago when it was mentioned.

Tempted to pick up the RE for a friend for no reason other than to get that postcard.
 
They do look incredible, that's for sure. I was expecting something nice, but not quite this amazing.

Just... Dayum. I've tried to convince people that I love then mostly for their vocal capabilities, but images like this make it a hard case to push :nosebleed:.

I did indeed make up my mind *after* I heard them but *before* I saw them and met them, but yeah, I see your point...it sounds a bit implausible looking at these. :spotlight:

But still...depending on how this new song turns out, I could have a go at convincing people this time around. My dad actually really dug one of their live vids I put up on FB aaages ago, mainly because he approved of Kore-chan's rock riffing and the fact that the vocalists can sing live without using autotune. At least, those are the reasons he told my mum and me after spending half an hour on YT looking for more of their songs... :glower:

He did introduce me to Pink Floyd and Led Zep as a kid, and I often wonder if music tastes have a genetic component... :hero:
 
I'm sure they do. A lot of my taste comes from my dad, from metal to soundtrack to dance. He doesn't listen to any Jpop though so I dunno where that came from. He's fine with non-English music and has shown an interest in Kalafina, so it's possible that it could work out. Just not sure where to start out...
 
So I just heard the TV-sized ED from the F/SN livestream, and well it was just OK. Imo Heavenly Blue was more memorable, but I think after listening to it a few times more and knowing the meaning of the lyrics I'd probably grow to like it.
