Why do you guys want a sample for a 4 minute song? Wouldn't you rather experience the whole thing in one?

I don't know about CJ. I heard it for the first time recently and wasn't massively impressed. For me, it was very average. Are you guys really OK with the recycling of old material? CJ, Magia - This single is looking more and more eco-friendly by the minute...

^ lol why eco-friendly, they are still ripped on CDs, packed in plastic cases and come with a dozen of bonus material made of paper, lets not forget the oil that's consumed for the transport of the singles from factory to storage and then to stores. :XD:

Also recycle for Kalafina is nothing new, remember Re-oblivious, with 3 recycled tracks, sprinter and ARIA which were produced out of the respective KnK BGM (even if is the other way around its still recycle) fairy tale, seventh heaven, snow falling, manten. and outside of tie-ins we have Yami no Uta, Mune no Yukue (even if we have never heard of the original) and probably Destination Unknown and I have a dream too, all those made out of unreleased FJ YUUKA and See-Saw songs and Kajiura old music :glasses:

It was a joke. I was refer to YK recycling her older material. ;)

But unreleased songs aren't recycling because they are unreleased. : p

Re-oblivious I haven't heard of. Is it a remix CD? If so, that's OK, because that's exactly what it is - a remix.

I start to have issues when the next big single has new versions of material released within... the last 2 years?

Dont worry that's difficult to happen since most of her project end within a year. :XD:
 
@Mwhlr: yeah, I actually want to wait until the single comes out this time to listen to both songs. (Although I wanted to do that too with moonfesta, but ended up listening. heh)

@george: Yeah, I was just getting my hopes up for a new album. I am hoping for a SAO song too. I am sure it will be awesome.

You've given me a lot of examples of Yuki re-using old material... but you haven't answered my question! xD

@Mwhlr: Yes I am am perfectly fine when its stated that its a reuse, since reuse of a melody has some kind of symbolizing for each series (oh btw, I forgot storia, its japanese version of RHH's main theme) that make you tied to the series more (or that what happens with me).

But what bothers me alot is when she uses melodies of older songs to new ones eg FJY blessing > everytime you kiss me > Kalafina Kagayaku where its not stated that its reused, because it would be rude if they would do so (and because each of the songs are unrelated to each other) :XD:

The smile I drew when I listened to Hikaru at the beginning. I don't know... Better to wait for the release XD
 
thanks a million D-chan2510!! :sohappy: I think the e.guitar is kind of out of place, but the rest of the song really cheerful :dote: and I enjoy the extra parts of the melody (especially Wakana's vocals before the bridge)

Hey, I like this version of Mirai. I hope Hikari Furu is not another Hikaru-lead song or the single will be completely Hikaru oriented. Much as I like her, hearing Hikaru as lead for all three songs is a tad too much.
