Kalafina "Magia" 2011/02/16

KP-X/Kazado/Kera/Sol/Grunty Thanks you all!!!! The Magic fulfilled my day...

How can I express my feeling for Magia full ver.....the instrumental parts are so EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC!!!!! OMG...the bell, the violin, the guitar....they're so awesome!!!!!! I prefer Keiko's bridge in live version coz it sounds more powerful... Wakana's chorus is.....>_____< and Hikaru leading is so gorgeous!!!!!!

So surprise that there is no Fion in the credit...just Yuriko&Wakana..??? Oh...that Yeahhhhhh.....BTW...I love it!!!

BTW, my opinion about Snow Falling doesn't change... Magic mix is so awesome.... how much I love his violin...>____<..., but Grunty's version with the bridge is so great!!!!...lol... It isn't my favourite single from Kalafina, but it's a best one among them...love it...

As for PV..., I still prefer Kagayaku, but I think there's only Kagayaku PV that is better than this one!! Wakana looks so calm...there is some atmosphere around her that is different from the other girls.. but all girls appearences in the MV are so awesome and charming...!! By the way, the part that I like the most in the PV is the ending, when the red clothes rose up in the background while the three girl were sitting motionlessly... it's really like a MAGIC...lol..I like it..^ ^.
 
I"m just going to say that that PV sucked A.F! No kidding, it did and I hated it. The song is OK.

The other thing is, Wakana looked so Sexy in that outfit. No homo. She finally had a wonderful dress where they don't dress her like she's 40.

I'm totally spoiled by the live :uh..: I love the single as a whole but I personally thought the live was more superior despite the awful sound engineering. Keiko's solo is so strong and I love the background kajiurao vocals by Wakana and Hikaru during that part. The music video was a borefest...not like I expect anything from their videos than standing and arm movements. They should do animations or storylines...like Ayumi does :shy:

I loved the mirror scene (cool illusion!!), the flower coming together in Wakana's hand, dead-looking Hikaru, and the beginning scene with the tall-backed chairs. But yeah, I didn't like the lack of cohesiveness in the PV. Also the effects during the chorus were so lackluster, just singing heads moving around in front of a room... I would've thought that scene would have been more intense. A storyline might have pulled the PV together.

Btw, Keiko's red gloves remind me of Minorin's black ones in "Paradise Lost" :XD:
 
We already had that a month ago. It still sounds as Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz as it did back then. Why are you posting it in a Magia thread, lol.

I love Magia full version!And no,i still don't like Snow falling <---not a ballads person.The mix is great too.

But yeah, I agree with salvanos, the live version of Magia had me spoiled. It just sounded so awesome, despite the fail mixing.

Imagine if it was perfect... Kalafina heaven :knife:

I actually don't think the live ver. of Magia was bad in the least, but the HQ of the CD ripped mp3 is so :dote:

Yeah, I agree. The angles of the shots were very strange, too. I liked the shots in the room with the billowing red curtains, but the zooming in and out was very...jerky-looking. Maybe they used a Steadicam :XD: Inside joke.

Going to listen to Snow Falling now!

Okay, just finished...it's not bad, but......what happened to all the drama of Seventh Heaven? Snow Falling is just so...flat. :rain: I mean, it's calm and relaxing and all, but...it's kinda boring. :desksweat:
