Kalafina "Magia" 2011/02/16

I'm liking snow falling, I know it's only a preview. heh But yeah it gives that calm feeling that seventh heaven gave. :dote: (we're supposed to get a ton of snow and it's snowing outside now so it fit the mood)
 
I feel like I'm not going to like these songs. Especially Snow Falling, but I guess it's too early to make a decision.

Tbh, not a fan of snow falling at the moment. It's so... typically B-side and I find it really uninteresting-sounding. Maybe when it's out I'll change my mind.

I'm completely sold for Magia, though. No regrets buying this single! :XD:

Am I the only one who hasn't seen that? I'm pretty sure it's Hikaru both times, it's just that her lower voice sounds a lot like Keiko's, there's absolutely no reason why they wouldn't focus on Keiko when she sings her line, since they obviously focus on Wakana and Keiko when they sing. Really, is it so hard to believe that Hikaru's voice sounds like Keiko's sometimes? It's not the first time we confuse them anyway...

On second thought, yes, Hikaru has lip-synced sometimes maybe in the Fairytale and Lacrimosa pv for obvious reasons. She had no lines.

I was just watching the sprinter pv and I just had to bring this up, but when Keiko lipsings Wakana's "I'm calling your name" at the end, it just irks me so much. Just because we know her voice isn't like that AT ALL.



And snow falling was okay. I can't really form an opnion since the preview is short, but I hope the full version is a lot better.
 
A beautiful melody.... :shy: .. I don't know why it can't made me think of snow..it's too sweet to made me think of just cold white snow...lol. Well.., it's just a short preview and I have no idea how will the whole song look like.. It looks like a b-side quality track and may be a bit boring, but I think I'll like it. Thanks for the link..^ ^.
 
As of this moment, I like the BGM a lot better than the sample, especially Keiko's part. Hopefully she has a part in the actual song. The BGM is a lot more relaxing and reminds me of snow falling. But I will wait for the full release to make my final judgement.

Okay, first of all, it could've been sped up a bit. Quite a bit.

Second of all, why is Hikaru singing the first part?! Her voice doesn't fit the mood at all, and she almost sounds harsh! Keiko would probably have been much better... :uh..:

Well, it's only 43 seconds. Hopefully the whole thing will turn out all right...

I don't really see why there is so much hate.

I personally find it absolutely beautiful and romantic. Possibly going to be one of my top 5 also.

I love Kimi ga..., fairytale, seventh heaven, I like Gloria and sapphire... but those 43 seconds are boring and I don't find, overall in Wakana's part (Wakaception). But this is my opinion for 43 seconds I heard, full size will change my mind for sure (like adore, I loved the preview and I hate that song now).

I agree. Even though I wasn't able to listen to it full, I do think that Hikaru has lost a bit of the harshness in her voice that generally don't fit ballads. Of course, you can talk more about the song than I, since you were lucky enough to listen to the whole song already :XD:

I believe I'll like it better than Kagayaku, at least.
