Imagine sitting down while they sang Mezame, Salva nos, Stone Cold and Parallel Hearts.

Oh my god... No I don't even want to try to imagine it. That should be certified cruel and unusual punishment.
Yea, that was a torture in my seating area because the staff kept telling people standing up and dancing with the song to sit down.... :rain:

Just to add a final thing about record labels/publishing. I have a little more information which is hopefully solid. Copyright is extremely confusing and some of what I said above (involving publishers) might not have been quite right - I am basing all this off of information I learned from a unit at college over a year ago, so it's quite hazy. I will look through my notes later and see if I can come up with something definitive.

For now, I dragged this off the internet:

:ohoho:

Record Labels
Record labels are generally responsible for: developing the artist, working with producers, paying for/arranging studio time, mixing, mastering, graphics, packaging, distribution, and marketing.

The record label owns the master and all associated rights under a sound recording copyright (Does this mean ONLY the recording itself?

Music Publishing Company
A music publishing company handles four (4) different areas:

Performing Arts Rights -Royalties paid for radio/internet play and for live performances of the Work by someone other than the Artist or owner of the Works (i.e., ASCAP and BMI).

Mechanical Rights - Royalties paid to the owner of the Works when another artist records one of the Works (i.e., Harry Fox Associates).

Synchronization - Licensing Fees paid to the owner of the Works for use in television, motion pictures or commercials.

Sheet Music - Royalties paid to the owner of the Works for the sales of sheet music (paper or digital).

^Yeah, this coypright thing is really complicated XD Thanks for bringing useful information on it, Mwhlr! Guess I'm understanding the basics, now :XD:

Wakana:
I would like to get a scuba diving license. Because I want to see sharks.

Keiko (interrupting):
So it is about sharks!

Wakana:
Yes. I love sharks and want to see them. If I can't get a scuba license, I'd like to be able to, um, what you do call it, with the mask and pipe <pantomimes a snorkel>.

Keiko:
Snorkel

Wakana:
Yes, snorkel. Um, I don't know if you need a license for that. But anyway, I would like to try, and someday I would love to see the sharks in Australia.

YES. YES WAKANA. COME TO AUSTRALIA SO THAT I CAN MARRY YOU TAKE YOU DIVING WITH SHARKS :omg: :omg: :omg: :omg: :hearts: :hearts: :hearts: :imdead: :imdead: :imdead:

Lol, I'll bet Wakana can't resist somehow trying to slip tin he topic of sharks into every MC and conversation she can :XD:

Thanks so much for the MCs, nomakegirl :shy: I really wanna see lirica live :wai: The girls are so adorable on stage, especially the Waka x Kei scene at the end  :XD:

^ Knowing her, she'll probably want to get right up close to them, maybe even touch or feed them :XD: But there are tourist programs where you can dive, swim and feed the sharks at Sydeny Aquarium too, I'm pretty sure... :ayashii: If only there was a big enough incentive for Kalafina to be able to come :TdT:

Australian waters are famous for their great white sharks population, right? Bet Wakana will love it. It's the next best thing to a Megalodon. :psst:

If this happens, it would be the best day of her life.

She might get so friendly, it could be the last day of her life :omg: :imdead:

I'm sure if one of the Aussies here slips a Sydney Aquarium pamphlet into a fan letter, suddenly the chances of an Australian Kalafina concert would go up 300%
:ohoho: :ohoho:

"Its key exhibits in the aquarium are a series of underwater, see-through, acrylic glass tunnels where sharks swim above visitors, and recreation of a Great Barrier Reef coral environment."

I would shit my pants i ever had to walk through those tunnels.

^ I've been a few times and when the sharks swam over my head, my thought-process the whole time was: OH PLEASE DON'T LET THE GLASS BREAK

Sometimes the sharks will be gliding slowly along, then suddenly change direction or accelerate abruptly and it gives you a heart attack if you're standing right next to or in front of them :XD:

I remember the stingrays were AWESOME though :stars:

Wakana would probably be pressed right up close to the glass (if not trying to break it) to see the sharks :XD:

/plots to send aquarium pamphlet with huge pic of great white shark in fanmail :plot:

Still, it already makes me super happy that Wacchan has at least expressed a desire to come to Australia to see sharks :TdT: My heart is already very much contented to know that she at least wants to come :touched: :touched: I hope they come to SMASH one year... :plz:

^ that would be interesting as the Eminence concert after SMASH last year had good sound but the auditorium was only a quarter full.
