Kalafina invited @ Chicago Anime Central convention (ACen)

I went to Anime Boston, but didn't go to Kalafina @ AX since I was in Japan and saw FictionJunction.
 
UUGGH! Its sooo close!!! I can hear them now :sohappy: Meerkat maybe we are in the same row lol. I'm definitely buying some glowsticks and I have three kalafina muffler towels so if anyone would like to show some Kalafina pride during the concert let me know. I obviously can't hold all of them :XD:

I cringed when I read it...:uh..: The whole "KEIKO LOOKED AT ME!!! ER MY GAWD!!" part...I mean seriously...They do that to everyone..they have three sets of eyes...pretty sure they've stared at most people in the front row at least once. They probably were referring to the "Point-and-Swoon" motions they do during Sprinter.
 
^ jesus..........there are so many kalafina fans. he can't just say "omg i'm a big kalafina fan" uhhhh so am i and 4875384768574 other people. so what if he spends that much money to go see them? i spent over 40,000 dollars studying abroad here in japan and one of the reasons why i wanted to in the first place was to see kalafina. people don't always have the money available to go see them. ughh i hate people like that. :uh..: and keiko stares at everyone....he needs to get over it lololol
 
^ I'm impressed that you've been able to learn Japanese in Japan (and get to see FJ / Kalafina into the bargain (-:).

^Cool! I kind of wish now that I was with all of you in the front. But I think the balcony will be just fine. I know, it's so close, I wish it was may 17th already! :dote:
 
Ended up buying a ticket for section 104, hotel reservations, and flight this morning so I'll be going. Gives me at least a day and a half to visit the city of Chicago as well.

Since this is not in Japan, I'm thinking of bringing my King Blade X10... But I don't want to ruin the Kajiura-related experience with the lights prohibit rule. And I'm bringing my Kalafina wristbands to show my pride lol.

OMG, KEIKO SAID DAISUKI TO ME AT AX!! Should I have died already? lol

How do you know where your seat is at :confu: The tickets describe the section but not the exact seats. Every post I've come across has said basically "I know my section but not my seat #"

I got the seating confused :XD: I meant to say "vivio and I might be in the same row", although you and I might be too just in different sections.

I hope they have a panel..I wonder if it will be on Friday...I'm surprised they are having the concert on the first day. Usually its a panel on the first day followed by a concert on the 2nd.
What does everyone plan on having signed? Hopefully if I can get the maximum of 4 items I will have my Consolation and After Eden signed.
Then my 5th History and Kalafina Record signed next.

I know I'm in section 104 cuz I paid in that section :XD:

I think I'm getting 5th History and 5th Selections signed. But since salvanos reminded me of Kalafina Record...I'm not sure anymore. I'm also thinking about the newest Kalafina Paper. Ok, maybe I'll reconsider 5th Selections since I've got CDs signed before and their autographs are so bunched up, makes the whole thing look so crowded. :blood:

It said the numbers will be assigned. Now I am wondering how we will get out tickets? Does someone know? Will they be mailed to us or will we receive them when we get to the convention? (Also we should think of somewhere to meet before the concert, or form a CPM group to go to the autograph session)
 
They said they were going to arrange it with the theatre so that tickets are picked up there.

That sounds, interesting... Hopefully I can pick up my ACen badge (may not even bother picking this up since I'm not too interested in the con itself unless it's needed for picking up the ticket) and the ticket Thursday afternoon after I land to avoid some of the crowds.

^It's probably needed to get into the con and theater itself, since you had to be a registered badge owner in order to get a ticket. But I am not sure.

Did anyone see that Atelier Pierrot is going to be there? i am getting more and more excited for this con. I want to see their dresses up close. I wonder how much they will be going on for sale... way more than I can afford though, I know that for sure. :XD:
